Judge Scott McAfee rules that severing the remaining 17 Fulton defendants from Ken Chesebro and Sidney Powell, who demanded speedy trials and are going to court on Oct. 23, is "simply a procedural and logistical inevitability" Image
More from McAfee: "The precarious ability of the Court to safeguard each defendant’s due process rights and ensure adequate pretrial preparation on the current accelerated track weighs heavily, if not decisively, in favor of severance."
McAfee also mentions defense attorneys with scheduling conflicts and defendants who want time to go through the DA's voluminous discovery

Jordan recently demanded records of Willis’s communications with DOJ officials.

Willis said Jordan's inquiry "makes clear that you lack a basic understanding of the law, its practice and the ethical obligations of attorneys generally and prosecutors specifically."
Shade: On page 6, Willis recommends that Jordan buy a copy of John Floyd's RICO book for the non-bar member price of $249 Image

New: Pete Skandalakis, the head of the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of GA, is asking a Fulton judge for access to the special grand jury's final report to review any info about Lt. Gov. Burt Jones 1/ Image
Jones, who served as an "alternate" elector, was an target of Willis'. But he succeeded in getting Willis and her office DQed from investigating him because she had held a fundraiser for his Dem opponent, Charlie Bailey 2/ ajc.com/politics/judge…
The Prosecuting Attorneys Council was then tasked with deciding whether to investigate Jones. Skandalakis had long said he'd wait to see how Willis handled the other electors and what the special grand jury recommended. So this gels with that 3/
