Unstoppable lost out on revenue in the Rarible auction bc some people hacked the auction to get lower bid prices (using fake bids from Unfunded accounts is my current understanding). We did the best we could to honor legit bids, but it was a mess.

We are going to pause any future auctions with Rarible until the issue is fixed.
We are doing an auction at Right of the Dot - more traditional auction house - for this next one. And will wait to do any more with Rarible until they have some updates for the on chain auction.

Expect an updated version of humanity check to maintain privacy while complying with the most recent EU self hosted wallet rules. Hopefully they won’t rush implementation in EU so industry has time to catch up. Solutions that respect privacy are possible on reasonable timelines.
Just as you can prove your humanness without leaking personal data, tools can be built for new EU regs while maintaining privacy. My only concern is timeline for the new rules. Let’s hope they don’t rush it.
Privacy is a human right recognized by the UN. I’m very confident the EU embrace innovation to hit their objectives and respect fundamental human rights.
