SitRep - 03/10/23 - Zelenskyi visited the front and more aid for Ukraine

An overview of the daily events in Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Zelenskyi visited the front near Kupyansk and new support was announced from several countries and the EU.

As usual we start with Russian losses per 03/10/23 reported by the Ukrainian general staff. We also include confirmed images or video's from confirmed damaged or destroyed Russian equipment.

Again a big drone and missile attack overnight. Fortunately, Ukrainian air defense managed to shoot down almost all of them.

In Svitle, Zaporizhzia region, a total of 5 BMP's were knocked out.
A Russian freight train collided with a Strela-10 Air defense complex. The latter is very likely heavily damaged or completely destroyed
A Russian T-72B3 obr 2022 destroyed.
A supply truck hit by an FPV drone. These small killers are a huge change on the battlefield.
A Russian infantry vehicle was hit by an FPV drone, destroying it and injuring the crew. One seems to have died as well.

Let's continue with the general events. While the US is busy arranging new aid budget for Ukraine, there is still budget left at this moment.
In an attempt to gather support for Ukraine, the European Comission wants to unfreeze €13 billion destined for Hungary.
Ukraine will receive anti-drone systems from Electro Optic Systems.
Armenia ratified the Rome Statute of the ICC.
This the face of anti-Ukrainian movement in the US.
Zelenskyi visited the front line
More from Zelenskyi besides Ukrainian soldiers.
Ukraine has agreed to produce the AAROK MALE UAV in Ukraine, which is similar to the MQ9 Reaper but only better.
More aid for Ukraine coming from Finland which is preparing another package.
Denmark is investing in Ukraine's IT infrastructure.
By November it is expected that accession talks of Ukraine into the EU will start.

Fighting continues north of the railway line at Klishchiivka. Gray zone widened..

Ilya Yevlash confirmed Russia is preparing new assault groups in the northeast while Ukraine is continuing its attack on Verbove and Novoprokopivka. PMC Wagner is also active again.
