SitRep - 05/10/23 - Terrorism in Hroza 🀬

An overview of the daily events in Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Today Russia brutally attacked the small village of Hroza in Kharkiv. 55 people were killed who attended a service in memory of a resident of the city.

As usual we start with Russian losses per 05/10/23 (date is wrong in released picture) reported by the Ukrainian General Staff.

+12 tanks
+26 APVs
+31 artillery systems
+2 MLRS

Again Russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed-drones. Fortunately, air defense did a good job and shot down almost all of them.
In the morning, Ukraine once again attacked substations in the Kursk region.
A Russian T-90 was destroyed on the left bank of the Kherson region.
A Russian (T-72 likely) tank was destroyed in Kreminna forest
On the Russian side of the border with Sumy, Ukrainian forces destroyed an Ural truck
A prefect HIMARS hit on a 2S3 and a Kamaz truck carrying ammo
Compilation footage of the Asgard unit in collaboration with some other units. Lots of expensive Russian tanks were destroyed
Another rare 2S7 Pion was destroyed, also by HIMARS with the help of SHARK UAV.
Let's continue with the general events. The US and Ukraine are looking to transfer $300 billion of confiscated Russian assets.
Norway raised its defense budget with a part of it being reserved for aid to Ukraine
More SurveilSpire systems will be sent to Ukraine soon.
Zelenskyi reacted on the ongoing events in the US, especially in the House of Representatives.
Zelenskyi met with several persons today. Starting with Macron.
The Prime Minister of Armenia was next.
The President of the European Council
The Prime Minister of Slovakia once again expressed its continuous support for Ukraine
Zelenskyi also met Scholz who said another Patriot air defense system will be sent to Ukraine
Spain will also deliver additional launchers for the MIM-23 Hawk air defense system. A good (cheaper) solution to drone attacks.
Britain also confirmed more aid to Ukraine.
More aid is also coming from Italy.
