BREAKING: Jared Kushner could be forced to pay back the $2billion from Saudi Arabia by the Government.
Six months after leaving the White House, Jared Kushner secured a $2 billion investment from a fund led by the Saudi crown prince, a close ally during the Trump administration, despite objections from the fund’s advisers about the merits of the deal.
The screening panel for the Saudi fund had cited “the inexperience of the Affinity Fund management”; an “unsatisfactory in all aspects” due diligence report; a proposed asset management fee that seemed “excessive”; and “public relations risks.” Yet the panel was overruled by the fund’s board, which is headed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Kushner’s close ties to the Saudi crown prince, including his defense of him after the Khashoggi murder, have also drawn attention.
Rep. Robert Garcia in September: "Why did the Saudi government give Jared Kushner $2 billion just months after he left the Trump White House?"
Former U.S senator Claire McCaskill: "look at the real sleaziness that occupied the White House the last time Republicans were in charge."
Senator Elizabeth Warren asked the DOJ to investigate Jared Kushner's $2 billion payment.
Senator Elizabeth Warren: "I think there's a question that the department of justice should take a really hard look to see ... does it violate any of our criminal laws?"
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) who is investigating Biden, said that Jared Kushner “crossed the line of ethics” by accepting a $2 billion investment from the Saudi government in his private investment firm six months after he left the White House.

Saudi crown prince source told us, "This means the Full return of the $2billion if Trump loses to Biden in 2024."
Democrats are planning a full investigation if they win back the United States House of Representatives.
Democrats have already asked committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) to use his subpoena power to investigate Jared Kushner's $2billion payment.
Rep. Jamie Raskin, a member of the House committee suggested that Jared Kushner's $25 million salary to manage Saudi money could be a "quid pro quo" linked to his time in the Trump White House.
