1. O sono in assoluta malafede o non sanno di che parlano. Filmare un evento pubblico come una manifestazione è lecito,ma conservare i dati per 5 anni,identificare i partecipanti a una manifestazione e recuperare dati (immagini e informazioni identificative) è dossieraggio
2. Il video Renzi-Mancini era una ripresa completamente legittima di un cittadino in luogo pubblico. Nessuno fece Data Retention per 5ANNI e poi lo tirò fuori dopo 5 ANNI,con un sistema di identificazione dei manifestanti e di recupero immagini,come nel caso del video di Salvini
3.sono la Data Retention e Data Processing le chiavi: conservare i dati (in questo caso le immagini del video) per anni, analizzarli per identificare persone,atti, relazioni nascoste e tirarli fuori quando servono per scopi politici: è questo il dossieraggio

1. da 1 decennio alcune persone che stimo vivono nelle nostre democrazie occidentali come se vivessero non in democrazia, ma sotto un regime autoritario: NON vanno mai a manifestazioni,NON commentano mai in pubblico. Ho sempre pensato che fosse un atteggiamento eccessivo, MA..
2. quanto è accaduto ieri con #Salvini che ha tirato fuori un video frutto di schedatura dei manifestanti mi ha fatto capire che quelle persone hanno purtroppo ragione: le garanzie costituzionali stanno saltando una dopo l'altra
3. pensavo che quelle persone di cui io ho grande considerazione che hanno una profonda riluttanza ad andare a manifestazioni,a commentare in pubblico sui social o sui media, fossero andati in paranoia: non è così
