”ライシャワー日本研究所からの声明”の内容の説明の前に、ラ論文の執筆の背景と声明が与えた影響について説明しておきます。
執筆の背景：
韓国では「慰安婦＝日本軍による被害者」でそれ以外の意見は社会的にも実質的に法的にも禁止されています。
「帝国の慰安婦」の著者の #朴裕河教授は係争中

そこで、今回の論文の約２年前に次の論文を書いた訳です

私たち西洋人は奇妙な「物語」を受け入れてきました。（中略）日本軍は、主に韓国人の10代の少女20万→law.harvard.edu/programs/olin_…

これは奇妙な現象を引き起こします。強制連行されたと主張する慰安婦は数人だけで、(中略)女性を慰安所に強制連行したという証拠文書は誰も見つけていない…学者が正統な説明に疑問を呈すると、韓国政府が刑事名誉毀損で彼らを起訴することもあり、実際、昨年秋には異端の教授1名を懲役6か月に処した。

2021年には韓国では別の教授が訴えられ裁判が進行中でした。
原因は、劉（リュ・ソクチュン）元延世大学教授が講義中に慰安婦は「売春の一形態」と言ったことでした。
劉氏はラ論文に勇気づけられ、またラ論文の撤回を求める抗議にも関わらずハーバード大学学長が「学問の自由は守られるべき」と→

インタビューに答えた事を心強く思ったでしょう。

前出の劉（リュ・ソクチュン）元延世大学教授の裁判はどうなったかというと、残念な結果となっています。

「ソウル西地方裁判所第4刑事部で行われたリュ・ソクチュン元教授の裁判で、慰安婦被害者に捏造された事実を述べ、汲曲された事実を語り、柳教授に懲役1年6カ月の刑を言い渡した。」→

弁護人は「講義中に学生と議論しながら意見を述べたことを刑事訴追するとは学問自由の重大な侵害である」と反論し、
教授は閉会陳述で「検察官の供述を聞いて韓国は中世ヨーロッパのような馬鹿げた国だと思った」とし「文政権の反日運動に便乗し、検察に3年間耐え難い苦痛を味わった」と感想を述べた

togetterまとめ作りました。

２年半前の反ラムザイヤー教授暴動の実際は、ネット上では暴動者達への日本からバッシングだったことをSNSのXを使ってまとめました。

概観すると
ハーバード大の学生新聞のsimonを筆頭とする韓国系記者が多くのディスり記事を発信し、それをネタとして韓国メディアが騒いたが、日本のメディアは相手にしなかった。
その騒ぎ方はギネス登録並みだ。

43% Korean population during the Joseon Dynasty were slaves, 50% were commoners, and the remaining 7% were called Yangban, commoners were not slaves.
“Yangban” refers to the privileged class of govt officials and civil servants.

慰安婦問題に限ってですが、韓国の慰安婦合意違反を非難してこなかったことに関し、安倍元総理、岸田総理と、特に日本の外務省を非難します。
ルールは違反を指摘しないと形骸化します。

２年間前に反ラムザイヤー教授暴動が発生しています。

その間のルール違反を指摘しておきます。
当初、日韓双方は立場（これは合意事項にあります）を表明しないとしていましたが、韓国女性家族相は次の発言をしました。
これはルール違反ですが、日本の外務省はこれを指摘していません。
