SitRep - 14/10/23 - Drones over Sochi

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Early in the morning, Ukraine attacked Sochi with drones. And the US notes that North Korea has now actually supplied military equipment to Russia.

Russian losses per 14/10/23 reported by the Ukrainian general staff

+970 men
+9 tanks
+24 APVs
+26 artillery systems
+1 AD system
+1 aircraft

Early this morning, several drones attacked Sochi/Adler. The Russian MoD claimed that several drones were shot down over the Black Sea.
A Russian KamAZ hit by a Ukrainian FPV
A compilation video from SBU unit A with gigantic Russian losses in terms of numbers.
A Tor-M1 air defense system was destroyed.
A group of Russians were found and deleted by units of the 5th assault brigade.
A 9A52-4 Tornado MLRS destroyed by an FPV drone. These small killers really make a difference.

Robotyne-Verbove axis

➡️Heavy fighting occurs N/NE of Kopani. There are initial reports of new area's taken under control by the AFU, needs confirmation.
➡️East of Novoprokopivka, AFU units try to push further south as well as east towards Verbove. Surovikin line is reached. Image
In the area between Kopani-Verbove, a fairly big group of Russian soldiers (reported as units of the 108th Guards Air Assault Regiment) surrendered to the AFU
The 65th mechanized is hitting Russian forces in the fortified network south of Robotyne. It is reported that Ukraine have regained full control over this area. Paving the way for the assault from the north on Novoprokopivka.
The 46th Air Assault Brigade is trying to advance east of Novoprokopivka. In the back you can see the Dragon's teeth as part of the Surovikin line.
Avdiivka

➡️Based on recent footage, RU have increased their forward positions slightly south of Krasnohorivka. This is also the area where the fiercest fighting takes place.
➡️S/SW of Avdiivka, Russia suffers extreme high casualties and losses storming Pervomaiske and Sjeverne. Image
A Russian BMP destroyed.
Near Krasnohorivka, the 110th mechanized is responsible for part of the defense. Russians sustain huge casualties trying to storm Terrikon.
South of Avdiivka near Spartak, Russians were trying to advance but were quickly spotted and dealt with.
