The horrific case of the hospital is to my understanding why being trustworthy is important - I believe in this specific case it was not Israel, but who can blame those who find it hard to believe?

Netanyahu consistently does not know things that interfere with his politics.

@LeoTheLess @UncleFlapjacks @spernerevulgus This government CHOSE to abandon the Kibbutz communities on the border of Gaza because they were not supporters of Netanyahu and his coalition. He chose to move half the army to the West Bank to keep his Messianic Settler coalition partners happy knowing this is dangerous.

@LeoTheLess @UncleFlapjacks @spernerevulgus It is difficult for people to imagine a leader actually doing this to his own citizens. Israelis were not protesting for 9 months (and years before that in fact ) every week because we like protesting. We were trying to stop this from happening. Look at my pinned tweet from May.

@LeoTheLess @UncleFlapjacks @spernerevulgus Netanyahu strengthened Hamas to weaken the Palestinian Authority. He did this too for his own political gain and to prevent any chance for peace. When his polls dipped, we got a rocket shower from Hamas, he gave a speech, blood was shed and his polls went up. Over and over.

They have wished rape and torture at the hands of Hamas in Gaza upon women including myself. They have been using threats and violence for years to intimidate opposition to him.

People who were devoted to human rights and human dignity, and wanted Israel to strengthen bonds with the Palestinian Authority towards a lasting peace. These were called traitors by Netanyahu’s cult followers.
