THREAD: Not a book review. Just a list of questions to help me prepare for what’s coming.
We’re only five days away from the release of @HachetteBooks @HachetteUS book by @CapitolPolice Officer Harry Dunn @libradunn’s book, “Standing My Ground.” ⬇️
In addition to all the videos I’ve harvested from Capitol CCTV for @theblaze’s upcoming series on “A Day in the Life of @CapitolPolice Officer Harry Dunn” . . . Perhaps others can help me acquire certain videos to tighten everything up. ⬇️
@SeditionHunters have done amazing work in identifying violent perpetrators on J6. Perhaps they can provide us with open source video of the many incidences in which Harry Dunn was attacked, pepper sprayed, or battling rioters? ⬇️
Or when he was defending certain stairwells by bloodying his knuckles while punching out rioters? Or when his COVID mask got soaked by pepper spray from rioters? ⬇️
As an aside . . . Why did his publisher change the planned cover of his book and take him out of his Capitol Police uniform? Was he in danger of violating the Hatch Act? ⬇️
“Using their official titles or positions while engaged in political activity?” ⬇️
But, to the story, and from Dunn’s testimony - under oath - to the House J6 Select Committee:
“I gave decontamination aid to as many officers as I could, flushing their eyes with water to dilute the
chemical irritants.” ⬇️
Does anyone have a video of that? There’s no Capitol CCTV of this ever happening. ⬇️
Also . . . “Soon thereafter, I heard an ‘Attention, all units!’ radio dispatch that the Capitol had been breached, and that rioters were in various places inside the building." ⬇️
"At that point, I rushed into the Capitol with another officer, going first to the basement on the Senate side where I had heard an MPD officer needed a defibrillator.” ⬇️
We’d love to see that . . . but there’s no corroborating Capitol CCTV of this taking place. Also:
“One of the invaders approached like he was about to try and get past me and head down the stairs, and I hit him, knocking him down.”
Again . . . no video. Do you have it? ⬇️
From Dunn’s testimony: “After getting relieved by other officers in the Crypt, I took off running upstairs toward the Speaker’s Lobby, and helped a plain-clothes officer who was being hassled by insurrectionists.” ⬇️
Dunn is talking about @CapitolPolice Special Agent David Lazarus . . . except . . . Lazarus was in one of the Senate office buildings at this time. ⬇️
“I am a law enforcement officer, and I keep politics out of my job. But in this circumstance, I responded: ‘Does my vote not count? Am I nobody?’ That prompted a torrent of racial epithets."
Video? Anyone? ⬇️
"One woman in a pink ‘MAGA’ shirt yelled, ‘You hear that, guys, this n-gg-r voted for Joe Biden!’ Then the crowd, perhaps around twenty people, joined in, screaming, “Boo! Fucking N-gg-r!” ⬇️
However, there was no one we could find in a pink MAGA shirt in that area at the time, and in what might be the most video-recorded event in history, there’s never been any evidence of anyone using the N-word during the riot. Does anyone have video evidence? ⬇️
"No one had ever – ever - called me a 'n-gg-r' while wearing the uniform of a Capitol Police officer. In the days following the attempted insurrection, other black officers shared with me their own stories of racial abuse on January 6.” ⬇️
Has any other @CapitolPolice officer come forward with similar stories? Please send me the links. ⬇️
“One officer told me he had never, in his entire forty years of life, been called a ’n-gg-r’ to his face, and that streak ended on January 6." ⬇️
"Yet another black officer later told he had been confronted by insurrectionists inside the Capitol, who told him to ‘Put your gun down and we’ll show you what kind of n-gg-r you really are!’”
Who is that officer?" ⬇️
“But I know I went throughout the Capitol to assist other officers who needed aid, and to help expel more insurrectionists."
Video? Anyone? ⬇️
"In the Crypt, I encountered Sergeant Gonell, who was giving assistance to an unconscious woman who had been in the crowd of rioters on the west side of the Capitol. I helped to carry her to the House Majority Leader’s office, where she was administered CPR.” ⬇️
Dunn was testifying about helping Rosanne Boyland . . . except, in ample CCTV and MPD bodycam videos . . . there’s no evidence we can find that he was ever even in the vicinity of Boyland.
Does anyone have video evidence of such? ⬇️
As soon as we have a new Speaker of the House, we’ll have permission to release the Capitol CCTV video surrounding Officer Dunn’s Congressional testimony. As well as his Oath Keepers trial testimony. And the assertions made in his book. ⬇️
Stay tuned. “A Day in the Life of @CapitolPolice Officer Harry Dunn” is coming. The officer who has been awarded a Presidential medal, a Congressional medal, and a book deal.
If you can help us corroborate his testimonies before our release, that would be much appreciated.

THREAD: @HachetteBooks ... on page 80 of the prerelease copy of Harry Dunn's book, received by Blaze Media, his ghostwriter wrote: "Right across from where I was standing, I could read the sign above the door to her office in gold leaf and all capital letters, . . . ⬇️
. . . 'SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE NANCY PELOSI.' I'm guessing those idiots didn't see it."
This may seem like a minor issue . . . but that simply could not have happened. Dunn didn't arrive at the top of that staircase facing the Speaker's Lobby until 2:44 p.m., and . . . ⬇️
. . . according to the metadata from MY OWN video taken on J6, that sign was torn down at 2:34 p.m. Ten minutes before Dunn and the first Oath Keeper arrived. The moment it was knocked down can be seen in this screenshot from my video. ⬇️
THREAD: After the break, the Gov. cross began, and it’s been particularly badgering. The main and unrelenting focus has been to belittle and diminish @stephenehorn’s claim to be a journalist. Basically, their only point, as....⬇️
...@stephenehorn did no property damage, violence, or assaults on police... and add to the fact they have been forced to acknowledge there were many other journalists on and inside "restricted areas," ... ⬇️
...which... BTW... is no legal justification for entering ANY restricted zone or uninvited on anyone's private property... BUT... the fact the government is not prosecuting so many other journalists forces them to persuade the jury that @stephenehorn is NOT a real journalist. ⬇️
THREAD: After the lunch break on today's second day of the @stephenehorn trial, defense counsel began the cross of @CapitolPolice Lt. McCree. Let's just cut to the chase... McCree seems like a stand-up guy. 30 years on the force. Probably an exemplary career, but... ⬇️
...Lt. McCree has no knowledge of what @stephenehorn either did or didn't do on #Jan6. He was simply brought in to show the DC jury a nice, well-spoken officer, decked out in his 'dress blues,' and talk about all the bad stuff that happened that day, which... ⬇️
...@stephenehorn didn't do. But, that's how it works with these trials. The DOJ puts together a bunch of prejudicial video clips, having nothing to do with the defendant's actions, and gets a nice guy on the stand to say, "Yep, that's what happened that day." Then... ⬇️
THREAD: Lunch break for @stephenehorn trial. Opening statements were made. The government recaps the events of #jan6 and characterizes Stephen as "one of those rioters," saying, "On January 6, he was part of the mob." They never mentioned his journalistic activities . . . ⬇️
The government says @stephenehorn ignored all the "signs" - literal and implied - of the restricted space he'd entered on J6. They make no mention of the hundreds of other journalists in that restricted space who have never been charged with a crime. Many who were . . . ⬇️
...already positioned to record the coming "mob." They do not mention the 80-100 journalists who entered the Capitol Building. (They did show a photo of @stephenehorn near the House chamber door, in which yours truly can also be seen.) ⬇️
THREAD: I've been unusually quiet here on X the last couple of days. I've been working in DC, from the crack of insanity 'til late. I've been able to spend more time in the 'video room' looking at the J6 videos for coming stories. Today, I'm covering the @stephenehorn trial. ⬇️
Stephen's trial is expected to last three days. Jury selection began this morning, so I ducked out to drop you a few notes. This trial isn't big enough to warrant a feed to the media room, so I can't use my devices in the courtroom. ⬇️
Interestingly, when I sat down in the courtroom this morning, at 9 am, seated directly in front of me at the plaintiff's table was none other than the same @FBI special agent, (Craig Noyes), who is investigating me. We acknowledged and nodded at each other. ⬇️
We also had testimony in the first Oath Keeper’s trial that Rhodes and other OKs were being surveilled at the Million MAGA March on Dec. 12, 2020. @CapitolPolice Special Agent Ryan McCamley - their liaison officer to @FBI - who also officed at DC FBI headquarters . . . ⬇️
. . . testified that he was on covert surveillance duty that day, and claimed he chanced upon the Oath Keepers and someone looking like Stewart Rhodes, (around 5 pm), took their photo, and immediately sent it to “other agents.” ⬇️
