SitRep - 28/10/23 - 4000 Russians died in Avdiivka

An overview of the daily events during the invasion of Russia in Ukraine. Defense Minister Umerov stated that Russia lost ~4000 soldiers during its offensive in Avdiivka.

As usual we start with Russian losses.
Three out of four Iskander-M missiles launched into Ukraine were shot down.
Defense minister Umerov called with US Secretary of Defense Austin and told him Russian have lost ~4000 soldiers in the Avdiivka offensive.
An MT-12 Rapira and a 2S36 Giatsint-B were destroyed
Two more Russian BMP's were destroyed
A field ammunition site in Krynky, left bank of the Kherson region, was hit and destroyed
Russia claimed a nuclear facility was hit.
Over to the general events. Ukraine and The Netherlands are discussing security guarantees.
Zelenskyi's speech to the peace formula summit in Malta
To the front. I am back from my business trip and from today I will be updating the map again, starting with tonight's SitRep. I will include some battle footage from the front.
