🚨THREAD: Tucker Carlson on Duplicated Ballots, Falsified Tally Sheets, and Mail-In Ballot Fraud in Fulton County, Georgia

“It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia, last November (2020). That is not a conspiracy theory. It’s true.

Surveillance footage obtained by VoterGA shows large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention to the women wearing yellow at the desk. According to VoterGA, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots, and then reinserts the same ballots.

This happens multiple times. The question is, how many times were these ballots counted? Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won't answer that question.

Now, one way to know that answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. Tellingly, for months after the 2020 election, Fulton County failed to provide more than 100,000 of those tally sheets, including 50,000 of them from mail-in ballots.

When VoterGA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found. Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals... For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump.

The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump, and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump, and 0 votes for Jorgenson.

Wait, did you just follow that?

How is that not flat-out criminal fraud?"

20-year Fulton County Election Official Susan Voyles Says Test Ballots Counted In Georgia

"This is the part that I am just so sure of. I think that some of the TEST BALLOTS from prior to the election made their way into these batches."

"These are so clean, these are pristine. These are almost immaculate... I could tell that these had been printed... 107 of them all had this little eclipse for Biden... Every vote on every ballot, both sides, even soil and conservation, was exactly the same."

"These were the cleanest ballots I have ever in my life seen... And then the paper felt different. There was just such an anomaly to these ballots."

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that these 145,000 ballots in Fulton County need to be forensically audited.

Yet election integrity advocates like @VoterGa have been fighting in court for three years to inspect these "pristine" ballots on "different paper" with "no folds, or creases" and "perfect bubbles" that were "all for Biden."

Especially considering New York City "accidentally" counted 135,000 test ballots in a June 2021 Mayoral election.

Furthermore, there are NINE witness affidavits in Fulton County testifying to stacks of unusual mail-in ballots with "pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles" that went "all for Biden".

Here are a few affidavits filed shortly after the election attesting to the *counterfeit* ballots in Fulton County.

GA Democrat:
"Hundreds of these ballots seemed impeccable, no folds or creases. The bubble selections were perfectly made... only black ink, and all.. for Biden."

GA Democrat:
"All had a perfect black bubble and were all Biden... I heard... Biden.. over 500 times in a row."

Susan Voyles, 20-year election official:
"Pristine" sheets "difference in the texture of the paper" with "a different feel" and "no markings" and approximately "98% for Joe Biden."

Our election system is so corrupt that @VoterGa has been fighting in court for three years for the right to inspect these ballots from the 2020 election.

Fulton County poll worker Bridget Thorne says thousands of *test ballots* were printed on the same "heavy cardstock" used for actual ballots and left unsecured with no chain of custody.

The *test ballots* were "indistinguishable from live Georgia ballots," and stacks were left "unsecured all over the facility."

"It's the same roll-in voter paper. There were reams of it all over the warehouse. Anybody could print. You could print whatever ballots you wanted. Not only test ballots."

There are nine witness affidavits testifying to stacks of unusual mail-in ballots with "pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles" that went "all for Biden."

Many election workers who signed these affidavits believe these "pristine sheets" were test ballots, yet no one has been allowed to inspect them for three years.

Fulton County falsified 7 audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches of ballot images.

For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump, and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump.

The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 for Donald Trump, and 11 for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets falsified to show 850 for Biden, 0 for Trump, and 0 for Jorgenson.

The VoterGA team also found at least 36 duplicate batches of mail-in ballots, resulting in 4,255 total extra votes.

These fraudulent votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump, and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson.

Fulton County election officials told the media and observers that they were shutting down the tabulation center at State Farm Arena at 10:30 pm on election night only to continue counting ballots until 1:00 am.

Video footage shows everyone was cleared out, including observers, but a handful of election workers stayed behind, pulled ballots out from under a table, and continued to scan ballots until 1:00 am.

This included scanning the same sets of ballots multiple times in a row.

SOS Brad Raffensperger hired a private contractor to monitor the Fulton County election.

His notes obtained by @JustTheNews reveal that Raffensperger "ripped" Fulton County at 11:17 pm, saying, "Fulton can't get anything right," after the media reported that State Farm Arena had stopped counting for the night.

His notes continue:

11:26 — There is confusion about whether or not they're still scanning at State Farm bc there were reports that the staff there told the rest of the staff and press to leave, but I am still getting number reports from Shaye

~11:30 — Amid reports from local news that the lights are off and the staff have left, I head to state farm

11:52 — I arrive at State Farm Arena and report to Ryan Germany and Deputy Secretary Jordan Fuchs that they staff are still scanning on all five scanners. "The media just packed up when I released all the staff opening and sorting ballots," Shaye told me. The scanners worked to clear what had been processed that day instead of interrupting the processing flow to secure the ballots before leaving. Their goal is to hit Ralph's 100k by the end of the night.

12:08 — I send Ryan insert photo timestamped image showing that scanners are still working so that he can refute stories to the contrary. Order is starting to break down ---> Ralph newly re-scanned some ballots that had already been processed by Shaye

12:15 AM — Inspector James Callaway arrives to investigate the accusations that the Fulton staff had told the press to go home and were scanning without observers.

If the private contractor is saying "order is starting to break down" at 12:08 due to some "already been processed" ballots being "re-scanned," why does the arena footage show the very same election workers repeatedly re-scanning the same batches of ballots multiple times in a row before the private contractor arrives?

Lastly, Fulton County released ballot images, and guess what?

Fulton County counted the same ballots multiple times.

"This is really fascinating. Again, all of the counties that we are looking at here are democratic strongholds all around the Atlanta area.

Here is where it gets really bizarre... Fulton County, the most populous county... It is Atlanta.

They just stopped counting at 10:30 pm...

They stopped counting their absentee ballots. They said they would pick it up in the morning."

P.S. They actually kept counting.

Biden also received 98% of a 23,487 vote batch at 12:18 am.

According to Georgia's official 2020 election data, Biden received 83% of the vote in Dekalb and 73% in Fulton County.

So it's incredibly odd for Biden to get 98% of a vote batch.

Although there are numerous witness affidavits testifying to stacks of unusual mail-in ballots with "pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles" that went "all for Biden."

Unfortunately, nobody can inspect those 145,000 ballots in Fulton County, Georgia, despite Joe Biden only winning the state by 11,800 votes.

🚨EXCLUSIVE: @FBIDirectorKash & @FBIDDBongino: Expose the FBI and Gascón’s Konnech–CCP Election Software Cover-Up

Strong evidence shows that corrupt FBI officials and former LADA George Gascón deliberately concealed CCP infiltration of U.S. election systems—because exposing it would have politically benefited @realDonaldTrump.

@Kash_Patel & @dbongino now have a rare opportunity: expose how deeply politicized the FBI became, remove CCP-controlled software from America’s elections, and finish an investigation that was already 90% complete before it was sabotaged.

At the center of the scandal is Konnech, a Michigan-based election software company secretly developed and financed by two Chinese firms—Jinhua Yulian Network and Jinhua Hongzheng Technology—under contract with China’s National People’s Congress and in partnership with state-owned giants like Huawei, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile, and Lenovo.

Konnech’s flagship product, PollChief, is used to manage poll worker scheduling, equipment deployment, and logistics in major U.S. cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Detroit, Washington D.C., Fairfax County, and St. Louis.

In early 2021, @TrueTheVote's Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips discovered that Konnech was storing the personally identifiable information (PII) of U.S. election workers, judges, and voters on servers in China. Using open-source tools like Binary Edge, they traced PollChief to Chinese IP addresses—where they found unsecured databases containing names, Social Security numbers, addresses, bank information, voter roll data, polling location schematics, provisional ballot serial numbers, and even passwords for voting machines.

They alerted FBI field offices in Detroit and San Antonio, where agents took the threat seriously and launched a 15-month counterintelligence investigation. But in April 2022—just before the release of Dinesh D’Souza’s 2000 Mules, a film on 2020 election fraud featuring True the Vote—FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. intervened and flipped the investigation on its head.

Field agents warned Engelbrecht and Phillips that they, not Konnech, were now considered the threat. Two senior female FBI officials in Washington D.C. were reportedly preparing criminal charges against them rather than Konnech’s CEO Eugene Yu. Engelbrecht was warned she and Phillips might be prosecuted for accessing Konnech’s data on Chinese servers.

The FBI even tipped off Konnech about the investigation—compromising the case—and began circulating internal accusations that Phillips had committed cybercrimes, referring those allegations to the CIA and NSA. Phillips said their goal was to “Roger Stone” him—publicly smear and criminalize him as they had done to Trump allies.

In fear for their safety, a field agent advised Engelbrecht and Phillips to take the “nuclear option”—go public. On August 13, 2022, they did just that at The Pit, a closed-door briefing in Arizona with 200 cybersecurity experts, journalists, and election integrity investigators.

Two weeks later, Konnech sued them. In a stunning series of courtroom actions, Engelbrecht and Phillips were jailed and held in solitary confinement—until the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ordered their immediate release. The FBI stood by and let it happen. After their release, they published thousands of documents exposing Konnech’s ties to China. Within days, Konnech dropped the lawsuit.

Meanwhile, independent researchers quickly pieced together Eugene Yu’s background. Born in China, Jianwei Yu (于建伟) graduated from Zhejiang University in 1982 and worked for the CCP from 1983 to 1985 as a project manager in the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. He moved to the U.S. in 1986 to pursue an MBA at Wake Forest University.

In 2002, Yu founded Konnech. By November 2005, he had launched a Chinese subsidiary—Jinhua Yulian Network—funded and overseen by the CCP. That same year, he was profiled as an “overseas scholar” in a Chinese-language publication by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and the American Zhu Kezhen Education Foundation (AZKEF).

CAST is a formal CCP arm linking Chinese leadership with overseas scientists and technologists. AZKEF, where Yu served on the finance committee, flew U.S. researchers—including Harvard’s Charles Lieber—to Chinese universities. Lieber was later arrested for failing to disclose his ties to China’s Thousand Talents Plan, one of the CCP’s many programs that recruit foreign experts to encourage the illicit transfer of intellectual property back to China.

Konnech’s Chinese ties ran deep. It partnered with Michigan State University’s Confucius Institute, developed software in CCP-run tech parks, and directly served China’s National People’s Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

On January 25, 2006, Yu’s Chinese company was accepted into the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Jinhua Science and Technology Park—a CCP-controlled tech incubator. From that point on, Jinhua Yulian Network and Konnech, were financed, developed, and controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

Just a month later, on February 25, 2006, Yu registered the domain yu-lian .cn for Jinhua Yulian Network using his Konnech email address (eyu@konnech .com). Archived versions of the company’s Chinese-language website show Yu praising “Comrade Jiang Zemin” and the Chinese Communist Party, while promoting Konnech’s software products used by the National People’s Congress, the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Election Management Solutions Detroit, and U.S. Overseas Voters.

In December 2006, Konnech partnered with the Confucius Institute to build a Chinese communication platform called ChineseBrief .com. Yu registered CNBrief LLC, launched www.cnbrief .com, and displayed a banner in Chinese that translated to: “Chinese Brief – Overseas Chinese Network.”

Confucius Institutes are CCP-funded cultural centers embedded in Western universities that U.S. intelligence agencies and lawmakers have long warned operate under the direction of the CCP.

On July 18, 2007, an archived Chinese government website showed Yu offering a 5 million yuan (~$700,000 USD) software development contract on behalf of Jinhua Yulian Network, again using his Konnech email address and website.
