SitRep - 12/11/23 - Bezdorizhzhia (mud season) is approaching..

An overview of daily events in Russia's invasion in Ukraine. Fighting resumes in almost all eastern directions like Kupyansk, Avdiivka and Bakhmut while small gains are made on both sides.

As usual we start with Russian losses
Overnight, a single Kh-59 was shot down. Another two missiles hit open territory and fortunately didn't cause too much damage.
In Melitopol, partisans blew of a Russian headquarters hosting officers of which three were reportedly killed during the explosion.
A 2S7 Pion destroyed
Yet another piece of EW/jamming equipment destroyed on the left bank. You slowly start to understand why Russians are complaining so much about the fact that Ukrainian drones can roam freely while theirs are constantly supressed.
An abandoned BTR-82 finished off
A Russian tank finished off near Vuhledar
Lets continue with the general events. Based words from Latvian President Rinkēvičs.
Looking forward to the upcoming winter, Ukrainian Minister of Energy said Ukraine has enough resources despite looming Russian attacks on Energy infrastructure.

More confirmation that Germany will actually double their military budget allocated to Ukraine from 4 tot 8 billion.

In general it is good to know that Russia on many places have changed from defense to active defense, also trying to regain previously lost positions.
Kherson-Hola Prystan

➡️Situation slighly adjusted, adding more area under AFU control, especially near Bilohrudove. Settlement not fully controlled.
➡️All dacha's north on Potemkin island are considered AFU controlled.
➡️Despite rumours, AFU has not entered Hola Prystan. Image
Kherson-Krynky

➡️Area under AFU control east of central Krynky slightly reduced while adding new area's under control in the forest area towards the M-14 (south) and very slight advances west towards Kozachi Laheri.
➡️Russians keep complaining about the lack of aviation support. Image
These two Russians on a motorbike tried to get out of Krynky towards Korsunka but a Ukrainian FPV caught up on them
Avdiivka axis

➡️Near Pervomaiske, the AFU reportedly pushed back Russians near the pond area to previous positions.
➡️East of Stepove, Russians tried to attack the settlement and set foot in the outer part of the village but had to retreat later to previous positions. Image
Kupyansk axis

➡️Russians intensified attacks near Lyman Pershyi, Synkivka and south of Pershotravneve trying to force another breaktrough. The fighting is no different than in Avdiivka. No map changes were recorded but the AFU managed to succesfully counterattack at some places. Image
