THREAD: Day Four of John Sullivan's trial begins this morning. This will likely be the last day of testimony before the jury gets this one. John took the stand yesterday afternoon, about half an hour before recess. He'll resume direct examination this morning. ⬇️
My article on the first two days of the trial pissed some of you off, but flooding my X with screenshots of Sullivan's past social media posts, Discord, videos, etc., of his previous words and activities doesn't show me anything I don't already know.⬇️

theblaze.com/columns/analys…
In the aftermath of J6, I had the same assumptions about Sullivan as many of you. And for good reason. He was prolific in his left-wing activism, participation in and attendance at the 2020 protests, and public efforts to recruit other 'anti-fascists' to attend J6. ⬇️
I'm here in DC precisely because of my desire for answers to 2 & 1/2 years of unanswered questions about this most fascinating of J6 characters. And, sorry, I'm not going to take the "absolute truth" from some internet conspiracy video that I already know to be highly flawed.⬇️
I interviewed Sullivan's brother, James, only two weeks after J6. That set my mind in a particular direction about John because of what James told me. Except ... much of what he said has turned out to be lies. More recently, James has been spreading more falsehoods. ⬇️
Having your paradigms challenged is uncomfortable, but the truth is more important to me than anything. And the TRUTH - as I stated in my latest piece about this case - STILL EVADES in this case. Yet those who've 'seen stuff' on the internet have their minds totally made up.⬇️
Have you spoken directly to John, James, Jade, John's mother, or sat in the courtroom for every moment of Sullivan's trial?

But, but ... "I know what I saw with my own eyes, from his own video!"

Do you? How many other angles of the same scene have you looked at? ⬇️
So far, apart from the parties themselves, Sullivan's mother and I are the only two people who have seen and heard every minute of this trial. No other journalist, and not even the jury (as they aren't privy to certain discussions between the legal teams and judge). ⬇️
My agenda here is to accumulate more truth (whether I like it or not) and then tell you what I've seen (whether you like it or not). My assumptions and preconceptions have been challenged by both this trial and new info I've learned directly from those involved.⬇️
I've learned even more since my latest piece was published, some of which challenge what I've written. I'll be straightforward enough in the next piece to make those corrections. And to those of you who think I'm being "played" by either the government or the defense... ⬇️
... just remember that I'm the guy who discovered and brought to the public the evidence of suborned perjury by two @CapitolPolice officers in the Oath Keepers trial. An ACTUAL conspiracy. ⬇️

Things are most definitely not always the way they seem at first glance. They're even more likely not the way they seem when we refuse to take a second glance.

Hang tight. More coming . . .

THREAD: The John Sullivan trial has a 'different' kind of feel. I'm not insinuating anything, but while the government attorneys are saying and presenting all the "facts" and video evidence related to Sullivan's behavior, they are doing so without much exuberance.⬇️
By comparison, in the trial of indy journalist Stephen Horn - who made the mistake of joining in a chant of "USA, USA, USA" - he was basically treated like a terrorist by the government prosecutors, who oozed disdain for the defense's presentations of his historical journalism.⬇️
Sullivan's accusers have argued that he "Came to create chaos. To burn our democracy to the ground. He put actions to his words to 'burn the system down.'" But when his attorney argues that he was only there with a "tripod and camera to document history," the prosecution yawns.⬇️

🚨THREAD🚨: Regarding @theblaze 's recent story about @CapitolPolice Special Agent David Lazarus's Oath Keeper trial testimony, we are pleased to finally be able to release a statement from @RepLoudermilk, followed by never-before-seen screenshots from Capitol CCTV video...⬇️
“An allegation of a Capitol Police officer lying under oath is very serious and must be fully investigated. For this reason, I am releasing these still frames from USCP CCTV video footage, with timestamps, showing the movements of Officer Lazarus on January 6, 2021.” ⬇️
That statement is directly from Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), Chairman of the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight. We are grateful to the Congressman for helping us get this critical information out to the American people. ⬇️

THREAD: Not a book review. Just a list of questions to help me prepare for what’s coming.

We’re only five days away from the release of @HachetteBooks @HachetteUS book by @CapitolPolice Officer Harry Dunn @libradunn’s book, “Standing My Ground.” ⬇️

In addition to all the videos I’ve harvested from Capitol CCTV for @theblaze’s upcoming series on “A Day in the Life of @CapitolPolice Officer Harry Dunn” . . . Perhaps others can help me acquire certain videos to tighten everything up. ⬇️
@SeditionHunters have done amazing work in identifying violent perpetrators on J6. Perhaps they can provide us with open source video of the many incidences in which Harry Dunn was attacked, pepper sprayed, or battling rioters? ⬇️

THREAD: @HachetteBooks ... on page 80 of the prerelease copy of Harry Dunn's book, received by Blaze Media, his ghostwriter wrote: "Right across from where I was standing, I could read the sign above the door to her office in gold leaf and all capital letters, . . . ⬇️ Image
. . . 'SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE NANCY PELOSI.' I'm guessing those idiots didn't see it."

This may seem like a minor issue . . . but that simply could not have happened. Dunn didn't arrive at the top of that staircase facing the Speaker's Lobby until 2:44 p.m., and . . . ⬇️
. . . according to the metadata from MY OWN video taken on J6, that sign was torn down at 2:34 p.m. Ten minutes before Dunn and the first Oath Keeper arrived. The moment it was knocked down can be seen in this screenshot from my video. ⬇️ Image

THREAD: After the break, the Gov. cross began, and it’s been particularly badgering. The main and unrelenting focus has been to belittle and diminish @stephenehorn’s claim to be a journalist. Basically, their only point, as....⬇️
...@stephenehorn did no property damage, violence, or assaults on police... and add to the fact they have been forced to acknowledge there were many other journalists on and inside "restricted areas," ... ⬇️
...which... BTW... is no legal justification for entering ANY restricted zone or uninvited on anyone's private property... BUT... the fact the government is not prosecuting so many other journalists forces them to persuade the jury that @stephenehorn is NOT a real journalist. ⬇️

THREAD: After the lunch break on today's second day of the @stephenehorn trial, defense counsel began the cross of @CapitolPolice Lt. McCree. Let's just cut to the chase... McCree seems like a stand-up guy. 30 years on the force. Probably an exemplary career, but... ⬇️
...Lt. McCree has no knowledge of what @stephenehorn either did or didn't do on #Jan6. He was simply brought in to show the DC jury a nice, well-spoken officer, decked out in his 'dress blues,' and talk about all the bad stuff that happened that day, which... ⬇️
...@stephenehorn didn't do. But, that's how it works with these trials. The DOJ puts together a bunch of prejudicial video clips, having nothing to do with the defendant's actions, and gets a nice guy on the stand to say, "Yep, that's what happened that day." Then... ⬇️
