1. To quickly recap, during the Sedition, DF did a ritual to create a new HE with blood of his own race and soul of ancestors and accidentally created a semi-draconic abomination, which went rampant. This is attested by both JL story and the egg's testimony.
2. This scene is also presented in the Ichor animation in a split second, albeit very darkened. I have increased the exposure and brightened the pic here for clarity. And as you can see in the top left corner, the thing JL was slashing at was a legless dragon.
3. And this is the frame right next to the JL frame.
DF being stabbed is quite a distraction, but looking at the bigger picturez you will start to notice that the giant dark band around DF is sth very big and long obscuring the moon, not the moon itself.
4. That's his tail. During the Sedition, DF got a big ass tail.
5. If you zoom in, you can also see that the black band can only be his tail and nothing else because the dark band visibly began under his clothes at the ass area, and the chains had to wound around it.
6. In the JL frame, you can also see that he had no horns.
7. In a later frame, you can see here of DH bursting out from a round yellow thing (that looks like the moon) from the belly of the dragon. Which curiously a) had feathers/fur, and b) looked suspiciously like the semi-draconic abomination JL was slashing at.
8. Placing the frames of the moon in the order the animation presented to us, we will realize that in both big ass tail pic and bursting out pic, DH has always been framed inside the moon, as if the moon was the egg he was in.
Therefore, the figure on moon in the YX pic was DF.
9. You can even see the preceptors at a corner, exactly like the narrative he told JL in her story. => he was in the moon, the ritual used his own body as the base, and thus he fell out of the red moon, which was his egg.
10. Outside of the Ichor animation, there are also many other media and lore books telling us that he was the red dragon/semi-draconic abomination bathed in blood.
First, we have the Regrets of the High Elder poem from Cloudcry Songbook, a folk song written down by Ling Jie.
11. While it remains a folk song, from a Watsonian POV, the poem represents the perception of the public about the event. of course, from a Doylist POV, it's the writers indirectly giving us hints that DF was the red dragon all along.
Full analysis here:
12. The second media to tell us so is Blade's trailer, where in YX's flashback, DF was first shrouded by green flame, holding his yinyang orb/moon in his hand before flashing to red + red eclipse + fire. This is likely YX's last memory of DF in the Sedition, before his death.
13. Also in Blade trailer, again we have green DF and red DH. You can see that green DF has the exact same pose as the "last memory" shot.
14. Also in Blade trailer, we have a red lotus spawning a red spider lily (Blade). This is contrasted by the white lotus in DHIL trailer, yet this white lotus has red tints.
14. Third, as the white lotus has red tint in DHIL trailer, DH and his water dragon also was tinted throughout with red, red liquid flowing out from the moon.
15. Fourth, we have this ultra obvious red twitter ad. Well yes that's a red dragon. And DH being framed by a literal red moon.
Fifth, DF was tinted red in the myriad trailer.
16. So now, we can be reasonably certain that DF was the red semi-draconic abomination. Why is it semi-draconic? Because its scales have fallen off, its horns are gone, and it's covered in blood. Also because DF/DH water dragons never have any leg:
17. DF being the dragon would be consistent with how the egg described the dragon as having mercury eyes. As DH, his eyes can appear mercury under certain light, like in his in game model. Which would be consistent with his story 3, where he turned into a dragon.
18. As such, we have several different media pieces telling us that DF/DH was the dragon- except for this one discrepancy: How could JL have talked to DF while the semi-draconic abomination was running in the background?
=> Hypothesis: There were 2 DF.
19. In the Ichor animation, DH was arguing with DF.
20. Similarly, in the red twitter ad, when DH insisted "I am nobody's shadow", the frame for the letter "I" had a shadow.
21. Here you can see that red DH is literally reflected on the otherwise of the round window as an upside down DH.
22.And here is him being literally shadowed.
22. Another instance of him being shadowed is in the myriad trailer, where DF reflection is DH with red streak. This scene happens live with Taoran and Oppenheimer both seeing him across a chasm, so its not a metaphor, DF was at that place for real.
23. If you zoom in, you will see that that pose and tree DF was sitting at look suspiciously familiar: it looks like DH's splash art.
24. So how do you explain why there are 2 DH/DF at the same time?
Because DH's current body is made out of water, exactly the same as the semi-draconic abomination:
25. Hypothesis: DH's current body was that of the draconid abomination and made outof water. His real body is stuck at the myriad location and housing Shuhu. I call this the Tang theory.
If you play genshin, atp, you will feel that it's familiar. Yeah it's the AQ 4.2.
26. I actually thought of this back in September based on neon genesis evangelion because Hoyo has a history of NOT being able to write a story without making ref to NGE. But then AQ 4.2 happened and yeah they're def copying NGE again.
27. Anyway, in the myriad trailer, you can see that DF doesn't have the bracer. He doesn't have it because DH has it, which was likely how Blade sent the message to DH in the nightmare PV. There is only one bracer, and it's with DH.
28. But why did DF have to seal his real body away? Because he's bathed in Shuhu red moon blood. I would be amazed if he didn't get Shuhu-ed.
29. Conclusion: DH's current body is made out of water and used to be the dragon. DF's OG body is still at the myriad place housing the main body of Shuhu.
You can see that they actually wear different clothes even in the Sedition, the same damn event at the same time.
Oh yeah, forgot this gem of a convo he had with us.
Can't believe I forgot to post the bracers pic.
So yeah, DF used to wear it, and there are only 2 in the world. Blade could still feel DH on the other end and send nightmares over, but the DF body in the myriad trailer currently doesn't have it. DF's bracer is with the DH body.

1. Now that Skirk has dropped the lore bomb in 4.2, we can now finally understand the chronology and connections between the Pale Princess books and the Gnostic Chorus.
According to Skirk, the 3rd Descender died, with his bonds becoming curses/the Gnoses.
2. We also finally know the chronology of the Descenders' arrival: 1st - Phanes (from Before the Sun and the Moon), 2nd - Second Who Came (from same book), 3rd - source of gnoses, and 4th - MC.
The location of the Sedition, thr true nature of Jingliu's sword, and the identity of JL's hands.
From the winter dream stream, we were shown this scene, where Jingliu talked about how her sword was a piece of the moonlight. But what does she mean by "a piece of moonlight"?
1. Taking a closer look at her animation, you will see that her sword is literally made out of ice. Literally she summons a moon and throws pieces of it at the enemies.
2. So she is being literal when she said that her sword is a piece of the moonlight. It is literally a piece of the moon. But where and when did she get her sword? In the Sedition, when she fought the semi-draconic abomination.
Dan Feng/Heng's dragons have no legs - A collection of evidences and the ramifications on the chronology of the Sedition.
#RenHeng btw.
CW: Contains Jingliu story leak.
Assumption: DH IL story happened in chronological order. 1. Dan Feng's dragon in the IL trailer has no legs.
2. These are Dan Heng's dragons in his animation and the IL trailer. They also have no legs and made out of water.
3. This is Dan Heng's dragon in his splash art. It also has no legs and is also made out of water.
