BREAKING - New lawsuit filed against Tim Ballard and Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes.
It states Sound of Freedom had a sequel in the works called Cry of Freedom.
And it was partially written by Reyes.
(2) The plaintiff is Suzanne Whitehead.
"This cause of action arises out of Defendant Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes’ unconstitutional suppression of Plaintiff’s right of free speech."
(3) The "factual allegations" begin with this screenshot and quote from Utah AG Sean Reyes rapping.
"Get too close, my words will singe ya. Mess with me, I'll get revenge, ya."
(4) It also includes this photo of Sean Reyes hugging Tim Ballard.
(5) The lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes "apparently believes" Tim Ballard was anointed as the "chosen one" and "has treated Ballard as being above the jurisdiction of governments and church authorities."
Reyes was a former bishop in the @LDSChurch
(6) The lawsuit includes several quotes from the Tim Ballard podcast.
"As admitted to by Tim Ballard on his podcast with General Reyes produced after Ballard’s departure from OUR, General Reyes gave Tim Ballard credibility and vouched that his cosplay was real."
(7) "As admitted to by Tim Ballard on his podcast with General Reyes, General Reyes acted as Tim Ballard’s personal counsel and OUR’s general counsel, all the while claiming to serve the people of Utah as the Attorney General."
(8) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes helped Ballard become "a character of mythical proportions with unquestioned legitimacy."
"You are the one history books should write about as being just like those great abolitionists throughout American History and our world history..."
(9) Sean Reyes' edits to the "Cry of Freedom" script are described in the lawsuit as "very self-aggrandizing."
"energetic - Hawaiian/Hispanic/Asian of larger build - former MMA fighter now elected official - in conservative suit behind large rosewood desk in ceremonial office.."
(10) Another line from the screenplay, included in lawsuit against Utah AG Sean Reyes...
"With you, the feds are not going to be able to come down on him like a ton of bricks-- no matter what happens. Not with the former young lawyer of the year for the United States."
(11) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes helped Tim Ballard obtain several positions in the President Trump White House... and that he agreed to not run for US Senate so that Ballard could run.
(12) These text messages show Utah AG Sean Reyes trying to coordinate the US Senate announcement with Tim Ballard.
"We want to build up some anticipation here in Utah. If the Romney announcement happens."
(13) Lawsuit states Reyes' role in OUR gave "political credibility that allowed him to act as a 'blocker,' quashing complaints... so that Ballard could carry out his purposes to raise staggering amounts of money and funnel it for his sexual escapades and his for-profit companies"
(14) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes' staff helped Tim Ballard discredit the women who accused him of sex abuse.
Plaintiffs say they have a copy of the recording.
(15) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes helped Tim Ballard gain access to the upper leadership of the @LDSChurch.
"General Reyes allowed Tim Ballard to publish a photo of the two of them publicly praying for a supposed OP."
(16) The plaintiffs have asked the Utah Attorney General's Office to freeze OUR's assets, but Reyes has declined to do so or assign someone without a conflict of interest.
"This inaction further shelters OUR from appropriate regulatory enforcement."
(17) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes discusses issues with people on "a leather chair that Kanye West allegedly purchased" for him at his "unofficial office" - Mac's Place in Salt Lake City.
(18) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes gave Tim Ballard access to Glenn Beck.
(19) "General Reyes is refusing to release his calendar to the press because it is believed that it will show how little time he spends in his Attorney General position and also the locations where he spends his time."
(20) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes failed to disclose financial interests related to Angel Studios and Sound of Freedom to his constituents and that he did not disclose travel payments "as a gift."
Text messages ⬇️
(21) More text messages showing how plaintiffs believe Utah AG Sean Reyes helped Tim Ballard gain influence with world leaders.
(22) "It is believed that offering foreign officials as the Attorney General of Utah, a private screening of a movie in which General Reyes had a financial interest, may be a violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act"
(23) The plaintiff, Suzanne Whitehead, traveled with Ed Smart to Nepal and a representative of OUR.
Lawsuit states OUR lied about working with victims of human trafficking. OUR responded that an "intern" wrote it as a mistake.
(24) Why did the @ElizSmart Foundation refuse to work with OUR?
Lawsuit states it's because Ed Smart felt OUR was "dishonest" and that he felt "sick" after Operation Toussaint because OUR lied about rescuing the girls in the film.
"He knew someone else had rescued them."
(25) Lawsuit states Whitehead and Smart ultimately donated to a shelter in Nepal without OUR involvement.
"OUR had written a fake blog post about the partner shelter and the girls there... used the victims' real names without their consent, which was incredibly dangerous."
(26) Lawsuit states plaintiff has a recorded convo with three OUR representatives who confirmed they had lied, blamed an intern, were ready to quit, and that Tim Ballard was actually creating a demand for trafficking.
(27) "Ballard offered the shelter $5,000 to cover up the fact that they re-exploited this young woman, to which the head of the shelter declined the money and responded, 'Sorry, our girls are not for sale.'"
Does that slogan sound familiar? Sound of Freedom.
(28) This quote from the lawsuit is particularly sassy.
"A jump team is another one of Tim Ballard’s psuedo James Bond/pretend operator-type fantasy words; he and OUR used this language to try and bring credibility to their kabuki theater and cosplay."
(29) Plaintiff says she saw Tim Ballard promising his viewers that "he knew where every single rescued girl was located."
Plaintiff says Tim Ballard's team had just admitted to her that they lost girls after a raid.
OUR threatened to sue. Plaintiff's employer backed down.
(30) "Plaintiff was traumatized and scared, watching girls get re-exploited by an organization claiming to save them and being constantly contacted by the shelter to stand up for them since they could not do anything from Nepal about what had been done to them."
(31) Exhibit V: The 9-page screenplay for "Cry of Freedom," a proposed sequel to "Sound of Freedom."
With edits made by Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes
(32) FROST: You are independently elected.
ATTORNEY GENERAL: And I'd like to stay that way - elected that is...
FROST: And you're going to win again with like 75%, and then one day become Governor and then on to the White House.
(33) Lawsuit states OUR paid for a tank of gas to pick up a teenage girl from school in Uganda.
"This was a far cry from the $50,000 -$100,000+ raid that Tim Ballard was claiming online and telling everyone Plaintiff was lying about."
(34) Lawsuit states OUR lied about painting a shelter for trafficking victims in Uganda.
Link:
"The staff at the organization did not know anything about OUR, and the building they painted was an empty building."facebook.com/watch/?v=18934…
(35) Lawsuit states Utah AG Sean Reyes began to work to intimidate and silence the plaintiff.
(36) Lawsuit states both Utah AG Sean Reyes and Vess Pearson were part of threats used against plaintiff and her husband to stop him from immigrating lawfully to the United States.
(37) These messages show Whitehead agreed to work with Davis County Attorney Troy Rawlings to aid in his office's criminal investigation of OUR.
(38) The lawsuit includes another mention of Tim Ballard being an "unpaid intern" for the CIA, not an "operative."
"OUR seems to be taking credit for the rescue of one of our girls here at the shelter who we took in 2 years ago. Not only were they not given permission to share her story, they changed and manipulated it to fit their needs and we are appalled."
(40) Exhibit I:
Tim Ballard's letter trying to get the plaintiff to stop "slanderous attacks on OUR."
(41) Here are the full documents. This is the 1st lawsuit filed against Sean Reyes related to OUR. The 4th lawsuit filed against Tim Ballard and OUR.
BREAKING - Ritualistic sex abuse charges against David Hamblin in Utah County have been DISMISSED due to discovery issues.
Defense attorneys were not given access to a key piece of evidence: interview(s) with alleged victim.
He still faces criminal charges in Sanpete County.
2 - The judge is currently deciding whether the case should be dismissed "with prejudice" or "without prejudice."
This would determine whether charges could be refiled.
Special prosecutor Nathan Evershed argued the case should be dismissed without prejudice.
3 - David Hamblin's attorneys have asked the judge to "set an evidentiary hearing to determine whether Utah County Investigators Elise Hines and/or Jason Randall have knowingly and willfully withheld evidence in this case."
Tim Ballard lawsuit update: A lot of Utah strip clubs are being subpoenaed.
They're asking for records related to Tim Ballard, Matt Osborne, Mike Porenta, and Matt Cooper
Tim Ballard's attorney says all of the subpoeanas should be quashed because the records contain "highly sensitive and confidential information belonging not only to Mr. Ballard, but also to individuals and entities who have nothing to do with this case..."
One of the subpoenas is for Mac's Place.
The "unofficial office" for Utah AG Sean Reyes, where he allegedly sits "on a leather chair that Kanye West purchased" for him.
It asks for additional records related to Sean Reyes, Paul Hutchinson, LAVA, the Nazarene Fund, the Global Empowerment Fund, the Spear Fund, and Aerial Recovery.

Celeste Borys is one of the women accusing Tim Ballard of sexual assault. She used to be his executive assistant.
She and her attorneys say detectives told them about the 100% DNA match after the skirt was sent to the Utah Crime Lab, but detectives won’t release the paperwork because criminal investigation is ongoing.
(2) Several months ago, Tim Ballard’s psychic, Janet Russon, released a YouTube video explaining it might be because he shared a suitcase with Celeste.
Her attorneys tell me they never shared a suitcase.
So far, Tim Ballard’s team has not commented.
(3) So far, the Utah County Sheriff’s Office has not commented.
“As a sex assault victim, Plaintiff believes she is entitled to the results.”
