To no one's surprise, Judge Chutkan, in typical hyperbolic fashion, denied Trump's motion to dismiss Jack Smith's J6 indictment on constitutional and immunity grounds.
As I documented here, Judge Chutkan, appointed by Obama, has a record of inflammatory statements about Trump and J6 in general. Her recent orders in Trump’s case reflect her deep bias:
