As I stood there walking through the halls I saw things that so eerily represented 2018 America I had chills up and down my spine 3/

The remembrance of how press is attacked, how books were burned and banned, how the very people later affected were the same ppl who thought nothing would happen to them in the early days 4/

I remember a Trump era where a polish man even a white man was being deported over a speeding ticket and children in Cages and women being sterilized for eugenics reasons paralleled what that museum too showed 5/

I remember a Trump era where Muslim bans and deportations were running amuck left and right and people were being denied visas for things like medical residency programs 6/

I remember stories of Chaldean Christians and syriac Christian’s voting for trump being horrrified when they too had a target on their back bc they thought they’d be exempted from the awfulness 7/

I remember the dismantling of the pandemic protocol that could have prevented the entire pandemic from ballooning 8/

So come tell me again why I should treat the idea of Biden Harris not getting elected as a normal thing when the only other person likely to get elected if he doesn’t is Trump 9/
