I believe a potential unicorn opportunity is available in the market right. and it is @XAI_GAMES In the thread below im going to explain why this is, as well as show you how to set up a node on VPS to take advantage.

What is @XAI_GAMES, Is a L3 built on top of Arbitrum that is solely focused on a gaming ecosystem. I know I know; we've heard it before but this one is a little different.

There is no need for wallets in this ecosystem. Takes out a lot of complexity going forward for our friends that aren't into crypto.

But more importantly the team behind Arbitrum @OffchainLabs are involved and the testnet is seeing over 1 mill. transactions a day.

So what makes this opportunity a unicorn?

Network Effect:

the fact that they released the infrastructure to power the platform in a fair lunch public sale.

By releasing NFT License Keys, anyone can set up a validator node and earn rewards for securing the network.

So here's what this means in English. Validator nodes are used by all crypto networks for security and to ensure nothing weird is going on. Usually Chains are VERY selective on this process but we have the chance to get in on the ground floor. Hence the 🦄

The network effect is the only play we care about here. with 1 million transactions a day on TestNet, as a validator on mainnet, this means people are using the network, which means we are making gains in rewards for running our node. Don't overthink winners! Lets make our node

The first step is heading over to to purchase a key. we need this key so that we can claim rewards for running our node. I would recommend using a fresh wallet for this process

Once you have a key, lets head over to Hostwinds to set up our environment to run our node. This is my recommend way because to get the most rewards you have to keep it running 24/7. Hostwinds has the vitural machine we need for only 18 bucks a month. Im running linux as well.

Follow the prompts once you hit order and wait for your machine to spin up. Once it's done locate your IP & username & password (username is probably root, ideally, we should change this for security). Now that we have it open up terminal on Mac or Putty on PC and ssh into the VM

enter in your password and now congrats you are in your VM environment. As I mentioned eariler I don't recommend using the root user account. so lets make anohter account.

type in: sudo adduser INSERTHERE

this will create a new user and ask you a series of questions.

now type in: sudo usermod -aG sudo NAMEOFUSER

this will allow the user you created to have elevated privileges we will need going forward.

close down your terminal & log back in as the user we just created. Now we are ready for set up

Once logged in as new user, Lets start by updating our system:

sudo apt update

Now lets add a serive that will allow our machine to download files:

sudo apt install curl unzip

next lets grab the file we need to run our node:

curl -L -O

now that we have it lets unzip it using:

unzip

from here we can run our node by typing in the following: ./sentry-node-cli-linux

your cli should look like this now: github.com/xai-foundation…

This thread is assuming that the wallet you created at the start already is funded with at least 0.005 Arbitrum ETH for gas for our node. on our command line type in:
add-operator:

From here add the public address of your wallet that has the key, & the private address:

Now that this is done we can use the command

boot-operator

type in your private address. From here the node should start running and you should see a message at the bottom saying so:

Congrats! your node is now running. Last but not least we need to set up KYC

Head over to and download the desktop node.

Once downloaded follow the steps here to KYC: xai.games
