Did you know that land is solid and all in "One Piece", joined together under the ocean all over the Earth? This was brought to me by @IfantsA76810
Below the ocean, there is a floor of land called the “ocean floor”, possibly joining the land in “One Piece”.
What if the “One Piece” in the manga refers to that land and that the treasure is actually right under our noses, well in fact right under the ocean!
No wonder that Roger left it there, he couldn’t take it from the bottom of the ocean! It’s right where he left it!
We all remember the very iconic moment when Whitebeard said “One Piece exists!!”
What if Whitebeard was talking about the land under water and saying that “One Piece” of land exists under water!
We also know that this land that connects the world in “One Piece” exists because creatures like Zunesha are able to walk on it.
So Zunesha is technically walking on the “One Piece”!
No wonder Roger laughed!
He laughed because he realized that the treasure was under him the whole time and how ridiculous that it’s just under the ocean!
Now we know that One Piece is a treasure and not just “land”.
Fame, wealth and power?
It’s the gold from a sunk civilization!
We already saw some of the gold from Shandora in Skypiea (island in the sky)!
The city was destroyed 800 years ago, probably sunk under the water and then brought to the sky!
This is even more interesting considering that people were called “liars” when they talked about the city of gold that is now in Skypea!
Was the Gold from the “Gol D.” civilization that was sunk under water?
What testifies to this even more is that Wano, the “city of gold”, was once connected to the rest of the world!
Was Wano connected through the “One Piece” of land under the ocean that was sunk?
Wano was also confirmed to be much larger in the past and a part of it is under water!
How much larger is Wano? Does it connect to the rest of the world through the land under water (One Piece)?
Ever wondered why nobody lives in Laugh Tale and why the only ones who reached this place are Roger and his crew?
Laugh Tale is probably under water!
Laugh Tale is a part of the “One Piece” land, accessible under water.
To reach the rest, you’d need to unsink the whole land!
If the One Piece is under the ocean, it would be no surprise why Shanks’ crew didn’t eat any single devil fruit!
Maybe they knew about it and they decided not to eat a devil fruit so as to be able to swim!
We know that devil fruit users like Luffy can still go under water thanks to a resin bubble that allowed him to reach the bottom of the ocean and go to Fishman Island!
These bubbles may have a big relevance in the future, considering that this panel is one of Oda’s favorites!
However, even if Luffy can reach the bottom of the ocean, I don’t think that he’ll be able to get the “One Piece” treasure at the surface of the ocean since the One Piece is the land under water!
For that, he’ll have to unsink the world and uncover the “One Piece” of land and its treasure from water, maybe by using the Ancient Weapons and destroying the red line.
Now how will Luffy unsink the world? We have to first ask why was the world sunk?
The one who sank the world is probably Mu (Imu).
Mu (Imu) looks a lot like the Umibōzu, the "sea devil", which can probably control the water, either directly or artificially and sink land!
This would be no surprise as we saw Mu sinking the Lulusia island recently with the Mother Flame!
800 years ago, King or Queen Mu was one of the 20 kings and surely had their own continent!
I found that a “Queen Mu” existed outside of One Piece!
Mu is a refugee from the "lost continent of Mu".
"Mu's continent" is associated with Atlantis (Fishman Island).
I think that Mu was the king of a continent that sank.
As a consequence, Mu may have sunk the world.
I think that Mu’s continent was on the surface 800 years ago but it sank because of JoyBoy and that’s why JoyBoy wrote an apology letter to Mu’s continent that became Fishman Island!
I think that Mu’s continent may have sunk because JoyBoy was the previous user of the Nika fruit!
Maybe JoyBoy punched the island to the bottom of the ocean, probably while fighting someone, like when Luffy’s Bajrang gun made Onigashima fall.
No wonder Roger laughed!
Zunesha was probably also involved in the sinking of Mu's land!
Zunesha was JoyBoy’s nakama who committed a crime.
What if Zunesha’s crime was sinking Fishman Island?
So JoyBoy or Zunesha made Mu’s continent sink and he couldn’t fulfil his promise to bring Fishman Island back to the surface. Mu sank the whole world as revenge.
That’s why Mu is sitting on the empty throne and ruling over the world!
Their home was destroyed and sunk under the ocean so it got surrounded by 5 beasts (Gorosei) and decided to spread chaos into the world and sink the rest of the land!
However, somebody else will come to fulfil JoyBoy’s promise.
I believe that this will involve the “sea kings” as 2 rulers will be born to command them: Luffy and Shirahoshi.
Shirahoshi is the ancient weapon Poseidon so she will help Luffy bring Fishman Island (Atlantis) to the surface, the ancient land of Mu!
The ship that will be able for JoyBoy to fulfil his promise is the Noa, the “ship of promise”!
Maybe Binks' sake will also delivered with the Noa and calm the sea devil Mu down!
When Fishman Island (Mu’s continent) is brought to the surface, Mu will finally go home and leave the empty throne.
Imu is waiting for JoyBoy to fulfil his promise. JoyBoy will bring Mu’s land (Fishman island) on the surface.
The Gorosei on the other hand want to keep the world as chaotic as it is right now while Imu has only been living a nightmare for 800 years and wants to go home.
Imu and the Gorosei are inspired from “Where the wild things are” as brought up by different people.
“Where the wild things are” is a story about Max (Mu) who sails to an island inhabited by monsters. The Wild Things (Gorosei) try to scare Max (Mu), but to no avail. After stopping and intimidating the creatures, Max (Mu) is hailed as the king of the Wild Things (Gorosei).
To the Wild Things' dismay, Mu starts to feel lonely and decides to give up being king and return home.
Mu may leave the throne and go back to her home once Mu’s land is brought to the surface.
Then, the red line will be destroyed and Luffy will uncover the world from the water that sunk the land of “One Piece”.
This will allow Luffy to reach the end of his dream which is to have a “connected world” and claim the “One Piece” that is right under the ocean!
Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed this!

In the First World, "fire engulfed the land, and humans succumbed to their desires."
This could mean fire literally covered the land, leading humans to harness it. It could also be metaphorical, fire representing the sinful nature, and evil desire originating from it.
"They touched the forbidden Sun."
The term forbidden (禁断) is written the same way as in "forbidden fruit," reinforcing the idea of temptation leading to humanity's fall—much like Adam and Eve consuming the forbidden fruit.
