What if they were trying to limit his ability to activate the Insurrection Act?
The 1 prerequisite for invoking the IA is to first call for disorderly citizens to go home
And what did he say in his video? He called for people to go home

I’m not saying that Twitter deleting the video after 5 minutes nullifies the legality of the IA invocation
But it sure does give opposing counsel a compelling legal argument that the public proclamation was only up for 5 minutes so it didn’t fully satisfy the legal
requirement under the IA
Not saying it’s a winning argument, but it’s a good one
