🚨#BREAKINGNEWS Donald Trump with little time to spare files in DC appeals court immunity claims. What a disaster.

Donald Trump is claiming he can't be tried for attempting to overthrow the election because as President he has Presidential immunity.

Donald Trump also claims the charges are unconstitutional because he has total Presidential immunity.

Donald Trump also claims he can't be charged for attempting to overthrow the government because of double jeopardy. That he was acquitted in the Senate after being Impeached.

If the appeals court goes along with this (they won't) President Biden doesn't have to peacefully transfer power, ignore the House on spending, and tell his Department of Justice to ignore any oversight. President Biden could name himself King and have a military take over.

President Biden doesn't have that authority and Donald Trump didn't either.
