SitRep - 28/12/23 - A day full of destroyed Russian equipment

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Today, lots of images and video's emerged of destroyed Russian equipment.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours
Overnight, 7/8 Shahed drones were shot down.
During the day, two reconnaisance drones were added to the list.
Just north of Melitopol, partisans again destroyed a vital railway bridge
A Russian BTR-82A destroyed north of Avdiivka
And another BTR-82A destroyed, this time on the left bank near Krynky
Two tanks, this time again near Stepove.
In the north near Synkivka, a hopeless Russian mechanized attack that ended in the loss of several pieces of heavy equipment.
A Russian BMP went up in smoke in Donetsk
Reportedly near Kreminna, a Russian soldier filmed his base after it was just hit by presumably Ukrainian rockets/shells. Secondary detonations can be heard
Russian infantry testing their anti-drone guns got by.. exactly, a drone.
Let's continue with the general events. The US has proposed to form workgroups in order to have a ready to go solution by the end of january/beginning of february.
The US also sent aid in the form of grain trucks in december.
Yermak and Szijártó spoke on the phone, working towards a bilateral meeting between Zelenskyi and Orban.
