🚨FOUR FEDERAL LAWSUITS HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST THE DISTRICT FOR ALLEGED ABUSE AND MISTREATMENT OF SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS🚨

Some allegations include the misuse of RESTRAINTS, tampering with video evidence, and s3xual assault on a child with autism.

First Lawsuit - A federal lawsuit was filed by Miranda Wilt, the mother of two disabled children, A.W. and R.W. The lawsuit, filed in the Eastern District of Texas, accuses the district of failing to provide legally required care and supervision under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), leading to multiple injuries, emotional trauma, and civil rights violations.

The suit names several WISD staff members as being directly responsible for the alleged negligence and misconduct. These include special education teachers, nurses, and administrators who were entrusted with the care of R.W. and A.W., both of whom suffer from autism. The staff members named in the lawsuit include teachers Christi Wendt, Katelyn Vasallo, and Ashley Rowland, who are accused of failing to supervise R.W. during multiple incidents that resulted in injuries, including elopement from school grounds, physical injuries, and ingestion of harmful substances. Nurses Rachael McEuen and Jodi Bullard are also named for allegedly failing to notify Wilt about her children’s injuries and not providing proper medical care.

In one particularly alarming incident, R.W. reportedly ingested a chemical cleaner in Daryn Bay’s classroom, resulting in chemical burns and the need for emergency medical treatment. Wilt claims that despite providing medical documentation that her children required one-on-one supervision, the school failed to assign proper aides, leading to the repeated incidents.

The lawsuit also alleges that administrators, including Principal Laurie Blain and Assistant Principal Ashley Rowe, were involved in retaliation efforts. After Wilt raised concerns about the treatment of her children, school staff allegedly made false reports to Child Protective Services (CPS), accusing her of child abuse. Wilt claims these reports were made in bad faith and were part of a broader effort to silence her complaints about her children’s mistreatment. One such instance involved teacher Katelyn Vasallo, who allegedly threatened Wilt that CPS would be called repeatedly until her children were removed from the school district. These accusations were later proven false, but Wilt says the damage was already done.

Wilt further claims that her children were subjected to bullying and harassment by school staff, including instances where A.W. was taunted and called derogatory names like “GAY” in the classroom. The suit also describes physical abuse involving the improper use of restraint techniques by aides in the special education program.

The lawsuit cites violations of multiple federal laws, including Title IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, all of which require schools to provide students with disabilities the accommodations and support necessary for a safe and equitable education. Despite repeated complaints to school officials and requests for video footage of the incidents, WISD allegedly refused to investigate or address these concerns.

As a direct result of the alleged negligence and harassment, A.W. and R.W. were withdrawn from WISD and are now homeschooled. Wilt seeks justice for the harm caused to her children and aims to hold the district accountable for its failures to protect students with disabilities.

Second Lawsuit - The second lawsuit, filed by Mary O’Neill on behalf of her child A.O., accuses the district of ignoring reports of severe bullying, harassment, and s3xual abuse directed at A.O., a student with autism, while attending Whitehouse Junior High School.

The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleges that the district not only failed to implement an appropriate Individualized Education Plan (IEP) under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) but also knowingly ignored multiple complaints of harassment made by the child and his mother. According to the lawsuit, the middle school aged boy faced verbal and sexual harassment from other students starting in January 2023, leading to emotional trauma that eventually forced him to withdraw from the school.

O’Neill claims that despite reporting these incidents to school staff, including counselors and administrators, Whitehouse ISD did not take appropriate action to investigate or provide protections for A.O. During this time, A.O. experienced continuous verbal and physical harassment, including inappropriate comments and physical assault from other students. According to the complaint, the harassment was so severe that it impacted A.O.’s ability to participate in his educational program and caused significant emotional distress.

The lawsuit also alleges that Whitehouse ISD staff retaliated against A.O. and his family after the complaints were made, spreading false information about them among staff and students. As a result of the district’s failure to act, the lawsuit claims that A.O.’s educational performance declined, and he was forced to leave the district and enroll in a private school.

The suit accuses Whitehouse ISD of violating several federal laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title IX, which prohibits sexual harassment and discrimination in educational institutions. The O’Neill family is seeking over $7.5 million in damages, claiming the district’s failure to act caused severe emotional distress and violated A.O.’s civil rights.

🚨Vaccine Informative Thread🚨

I am 100% pro science. Not pro JUNK science, where the variables are changed or manipulated to fit a specific narrative or agenda. When people call those who think critically "anti-science", it is incredibly annoying.

When someone says "because science" in an effort to degrade those who have consciously opted out of vaccination, it automatically tells me they have never actually spent hours of study researching peer reviewed, unbiased, credible medical documents where there is nothing to gain for conducting the study other than to gain more knowledge on the subject. Then they would absolutely know, without a doubt, that the science is NOT settled.

Despite the fact there has STILL never been a double blind placebo study done on our current vaccination schedule, there are over 200 peer-reviewed studies AGAINST vaccination -- determining them as unsafe, ineffective, or a link between it and another immune, cognitive, or degenerative condition; most times stating in the conclusion that more research needs to be done.

There are plenty of reasons an intelligent, conscious parent would refuse vaccination for themselves and children, I could go on and on and on about the flaws, inconsistencies, adverse effects, pay outs, & so much more. While parents' internal conflict may start off instinctual, gratefully that inherent intuition IS backed by science. Vaccinate, or don't, but please know the REAL data behind your decision. Choose based on facts, not fear.

Please be patient with me. This is a huge thread. Unfortunately, it will not all post at the same time so I am having to do this post by post.

A collection of peer reviewed studies, medical journals, FDA statements, pubmed documents, + more & while some articles are included, they generally have links to other documentation. I left out most antivax propaganda on purpose. It is actually "so much science" (more than just abstracts) that you'll probably not go through it all or even be able to... but these are files I've been collecting over the last several years on my own crusade to understanding what vaccines actually do to our biological, immunological, cognitive, and wellness systems.

Vaccines in *theory* are great! The issue becomes about what it does to the host in the process. Ingestion vs. Injection are completely different in how our bodies process these volatile compounds of ingredients. It IS Russian Roulette. If you want to opt out, learn how to protect your immune system & not spread disease. It's actually quite simple.

The following are photos and videos taken of Marshall, North Carolina, from last weekend. I’m sorry it took me so long to post these.

The devastating effects of the hurricane and flooding will continue for months, likely years.

FEMA was nowhere to be found. The citizens stated that they had not seen or heard from FEMA. The Red Cross was NOT there. (Stop donating to them). There were very few members of the National Guard. And the National Guard that was present seemed confused and stated that they had not received any orders. For the most part, the NG were taking their orders from citizens who needed help with dirt work and cleanup.

The organization and help to the city were coming from CITIZENS. Normal American citizens from all around, such as Missouri, Virginia, South Carolina, Texas, and New York, were all there, helping with anything they could.

🚨What do they need?🚨

>HEAVY MACHINERY IS NEEDED, AND PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO RUN THE MACHINES.< THIS IS THE BIGGEST NEED.

There are hundreds if not thousands of North Carolina citizens living out of tents. Snow has fallen on the ground in some places. We must help these people with shelter, and $750 is not going to cut it.

👉 My Personal Statement - Shapiro first came under my radar when I spoke against him for saying that Americans should be deported for calling for the deportation of illegals. Shapiro went viral for videoing himself at a Trump Rally and doing an interview with NewsMax. He stated that he “felt like he was at a clan rally”. It was then that the messages began to flood into my inbox about Shapiro. Nothing said about him was positive. But what greatly grabbed my attention was that the messages were coming from BOTH sides of the aisle. There are a few Democrats that I have maintained cordial friendships with. These are people with whom I have been able to hold conversations without name-calling or ad hominem attacks. Brian Shapiro has hurt people, both verbally and mentally, in a sick and evil way.

Therefore, this is not going to be a political reveal like most of my exposures. This exposure will simply be the detailed depiction of a truly evil man who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. For the last two weeks, I have interviewed 4-5 people. Some all the way from Vegas. These people do NOT KNOW EACH OTHER. But they ALL told me the same things and similar stories about Brian Shapiro.👈

Shapiro’s Ex-Girlfriend submitted documents to the court after Shapiro petitioned to have a protective order against her. This was done shortly after the FBI had started an investigation on Brian Shapiro for potential insurance fraud and theft. After Brian obtained his protective order, the FBI, without further investigation, closed out the case. Please note, this protective order goes ON HER PERMANENT RECORD.

The following statement was submitted by her to the Court. I will also provide receipts that support her statement.

“To the Honorable Judge of this Court:

First I want to make a general denial to the application for a protective order against me. I do want to let the court know that I do not want anymore contact from to or with the Applicant but I do not want this on my record. I have not contacted the Applicant since I was served with this Application even though I legally could have.

Second, The applicant texted me and called me four days before he applied and swore in his application that he was afraid I was going to physically harm him. He asked me in a panic to get his car out of a tow yard as it had been towed from the Stratosphere Hotel overnight while he stayed there. He told me his insulin was in his car and that he has no money to get the tow out. He provided me with the name of the tow company as well as the security guard at the strat. I attempted to pay the company directly but my credit card put a hold on my account as they thought it was a fraudulent transaction. This was the Saturday before the Monday he filed the protective order on me. I ended up paying Brian directly by Pay Pal. While the tow was only 150 dollars, I put a total of five hundred dollars into his account as Brian had told me he had no money for food or bills.

That Saturday he sent a request for another 1000 dollars for me to send him via pay pal. I declined sending him anymore money. At that point he called me and became very angry. He told me he was capable of filing law suits against me and getting me fired from my job. He wanted me to pay 1500 dollars to him for his air time on the radio. I did leave him some very angry voice mails after he literally verbally abused me on the telephone and did not thank me for getting his car out of the tow yard.

Three days before I was served with a protective order from Brian and after the application was filed, I gave Brian another 100 dollars via pay pal after he told me he was not going to make bills last month.”

🔥Cont. Ex Girlfriend’s Submitted Statement to the Court. 🔥

“I also wanted to make the court aware that I notified the Department of Human Services in late March of 2023 that I gave Brian over twenty thousand dollars in the course of seven months. I did this after I was told by a mutual acquaintance that Brian was on Medicaid and had to keep an income under 16 thousand a year to qualify.

It was my understanding that my money was going to an account in his mother's name to avoid detection to the Medicaid authorities. I did this to protect myself as I did not want to be accused of being an accessory to any sort of Medicaid fraud. I received a call from an FBI agent on July 13, 2023 asking me questions as to what I knew regarding my report. Evidently the agent also reached out to Brian because Brian told me he had spoken to him and conveyed his anger to me On October 7.

I believe part of the reason for this protective order is to discredit what I said to the FBI agent.

As for Brian's parents, I have treated them like they were my parents. I have helped them pay past due taxes on their Connecticut House and other items. In addition I helped pay for expenses for their daughter's funeral. Last January when they could not reach Brian as he was at an adult national porn convention in Vegas and was not answering his phone, his dad had a medical emergency and went to the hospital. I paid for his mother's uber rides to and from the hospital. I also arranged for food to be delivered to their mentally ill daughter in Connecticut while they were in the hospital.
I was the first person his parents called when they got word that his sister was in cardiac arrest. I stayed on the phone with his mother while they drove to her apartment. She screamed when she got there that her daughter had died and that police were on the scene. At that point I could here his dad telling Brian the news on his phone. This was in January, 2023.

Brian had blocked me from calling him and I had blocked his calls as well. His dad asked me if Brian could call me. I said of course. He asked me to pay for his flight to Connecticut and his hotel. He asked me to come as well as he needed my support. I made reservations for Brian and he was there the next day to be with his parents. I made arrangements to fly up there and rent a car for him as well. The day I was flying up there Brian started verbally abusing me.
When I arrived at the hotel Brian refused to let me into the room I booked for us and I had to rent a new hotel room. I returned home the next day as I did not want to be intruding where I was not wanted.

After I left I received hundreds of texts and voicemails chastising me for not leaving the rental car for him to use. I ended up depositing a thousand dollars in Brian's bank account to take care of food for him and his parents during the funeral week as Brian had requested. I also paid another 800 dollars for his hotel as he wanted to extend his stay. As soon as I did this Brian, blocked me on his phone and all social media.”
