Faculty at Glendale Community College and other institutions have been advised by their respective administrations NOT TO interfere with DHS or ICE activities.
Julie Gamberg is a full-time English teacher at GCC, California. She is encouraging her students via email to attend a rally to “disrupt and slow ICE”.
She is described as “liberal, shrill, unkempt and unclean”.
Why is GCC allowing their teachers to directly organizing against ICE and interfere with authorities?
Her name is not Tiffney Billions; it is Tiffney McAdoo. Tiffney McAdoo currently owes over $70,000 in back taxes, as evidenced by a tax lien filed in 2025. She is also a convicted felon with a history of stealing from an elderly woman. When confronted with this information, her statement was, “F*** the police.”
Tiffney made requests to FISD under the alias names Tiffney Billions and Susan McDowell. When I requested records under both names, I received the same records in two separate files from the school, confirming they were from the same person. Multiple emails show the school responding to “Susan,” but she replied as “Tiffney.”
She has relentlessly attacked Jeff and Meghan Metcalf, using her alleged “knowledge of this video” as her premise. She claims to have obtained this information through open records requests. She also claims to be speaking with the Anthony family 3-4 times a week. Which is where she states her much of her information comes from.
It has become apparent to me that Tiffney, though she claims to be a “law student” (she has changed her story on this several times), does not understand the public school system, its policies, FERPA laws, or who handles complaints regarding open records requests (ORRs) in Texas districts. Ms. McAdoo has made several unsubstantiated assertions, primarily based on her alleged access to video footage.
Let’s address some of the basic lies she has told since claiming she “saw the incident on video.”
Continued in Thread 👇
She claimed that Hunter is attending an alternative school. This is a lie. I confirmed with Jeff Metcalf that this is false.
She claims she saw enough of the video to determine that Hunter Metcalf is “at fault for Austin’s death.” (Yes, the twin who held his brother in his final moments and is suffering severe trauma.) She is seeking to have him “criminally charged” and even started a petition that has collected hundreds of signatures. She also used photos of minor children in her petition. (The petition was finally taken down by the site yesterday)
She claims the video shows a fight and that Austin fell to the ground, not into Hunter’s arms, contradicting Hunter’s account. However, footage provided by Frisco Independent School District (FISD) depicts only an unidentifiable individual- running, tripping, and continuing, with no visible altercation. This footage lacks evidentiary value in court, which is why FISD has allowed the public to view it. If the video had value in court, it would have been submitted into evidence. Tiffney claims that she saw a fight in the video; she did not. It has no value to the court.
She claims she is filing criminal charges against me for reporting her Facebook account, which was suspended. Tiffney had over 17,000 followers on her Facebook account. Her account was not reported solely by me for harassment, bullying, and lying, but also for doxxing. Hundreds of people reported her for sharing addresses and phone numbers of individuals not even involved in the Metcalf case. I collected screenshots of this and reported her to the authorities, which is why her accounts were removed. She placed innocent individuals at risk, and authorities and Facebook responded appropriately. Her claim that she is filing criminal charges against me for “cyber bullying” because I took this action is absurd. No one involved with law would take such a case.
BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Why Is Dallas ISD Protecting Felon Dominique Alexander and His Fraudulent Organization?
Dominique Alexander, an advocate for Karmelo Anthony, runs an organization called the Next Generation Action Network (NGAN).
As I have reported previously, NGAN has collected funds totaling six figures, but they have engaged in what is known as “501(c) bouncing” (switching to another 501(c) organization when they fail to file with the IRS).
They have only filed twice with the particular foundation they are currently using. The current organization has not filed a tax statement in nearly five years.
This organization is contracted with Dallas ISD. Not only is their contract publicly announced on the Dallas ISD website, but NGAN also posted a video on YouTube two months ago. Showing Alexander walking freely in a Dallas ISD school. (He has a background of harming a child)
The irony? They’re teaching about financial responsibility. (Comical.)
We found the Board Doc Packet from Dallas ISD dated May 25, 2023. This document shows that *more than one* contract purchase was made with NGAN: one for $4,444, one for $20,000 and another for $4,167. That’s nearly $30,000 of taxpayer funds.
However, when I sent an Open Records Request for copies of these contracts with NGAN, Dallas ISD claimed they *had no contracts* with NGAN. Why is Dallas ISD lying to the public? And why are they conducting business with a fraudulent organization that has broken federal law? Why are they allowing a dangerous criminal to be around YOUR children?
In the last four years, I have reported on no fewer than 300 cases of s*xual abuse occurring within Texas public schools. This is only a drop in the bucket compared to the thousands of cases of children abused by school staff over decades. Some of these cases were mentioned in this Senate hearing, including one where a four-year-old child was sod0mized by school staff.
Very few of the cases I have reported on ended with positive outcomes. Schools were emboldened to sweep many of these cases under the rug, turning off comments to prevent people from voicing their opinions, shutting down parents, silencing them, holding secret board meetings, and making covert decisions. Some schools were even caught in the act of erasing/hiding evidence, deleting footage and shredding documents. Many of the offenders were either kept on paid leave and allowed to return, or were passed from district to district with no accountability.
Why? Because they are protected by immunity laws in the state of Texas.
Some of this testimony is incredibly difficult to hear, but we owe it to these parents to ensure their voices are heard after being silenced by the very schools meant to protect their children.
Thankfully, HB 4624, which will remove this immunity to hold public schools liable for these egregious cases, passed committee 11-0. The next step is to have this bill placed on the Senate intent calendar. Sadly, If it is not heard by the end of the day on Wednesday, it will be over. These parents deserve better. As a survivor myself and a parent of a child who has suffered this form of abuse, my heart breaks for them all. Please call your Texas Senator and urge them to support this bill and push to have it placed on the calendar.
I ask that you like, share, and spread these testimonies. The more exposure, the more pressure we place on the Texas Senate. We all know this legislature has been disappointing for many so far. Let’s ensure something good comes out of this!
Over 50,000 cases of abuse have been reported to the TEA. Over 6000 of those cases were cases of SA. Only 4.7% resulted in arrest and prosecution.
. @TexasEd911 raises the alarm on an individual who was let go from one ISD for accusations for gr00ming but was then allowed to work at FIFTEEN more districts in Texas with no accountability. He lied about his background every time, and the schools continued to pass the trash.
Many of you may remember the video of Dominique Alexander with the Next Generation Action Network, a felon posing as Karmelo’s “advocate,” leading him with his own “security team” from the jail to a secured vehicle.
The footage below was proudly filmed and posted after Karmelo Anthony was released on bond.
“POV: With Karmelo Anthony. I gave the aggressive reporter ‘that look’ once we got him into the car, and she gave me that nod,” said Adigun Threatt. “She knew at that point I was pissed. Move, lady.”
Adigun Threatt is named “Director of Security and Protocol” according to NGAN’s website, run by Dominique Alexander. However, according to a newly obtained response to a request sent to the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS), Adigun Threatt is not licensed as a private investigator or security guard, nor does he have any licensing overseen by the Texas Private Security Board (PSB). Nor has he ever applied for a license.
According to NGAN, they have their “own internal security team with training,” and Dominique Alexander has stated that they are providing security for Karmelo and his family.
This is illegal in the state of Texas. In Texas, even if you're working as an unarmed security guard, you need to be licensed to provide personal security. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) requires all security guards, both armed and unarmed, to be licensed. This is typically done by registering with the DPS and completing Level II security guard training.
Additionally, NGAN is required by law to display its Texas Private Security License on its website. NGAN is also supposed to maintain a Certificate of Insurance and a Surety Bond on file with the Private Security Board at all times, according to Section 1702.123 of the Texas Occupations Code.
Adigun Threatt also has a history of as*ault, as*ault on a family member, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and marijuana possession.
I have reached out to Adigun Threatt for comment but have received no response. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with the TXDPS. After interviewing several licensed officers in the state, the consensus is that Texas takes these violations very seriously.
The Anthony family has been receiving “security services” under false pretenses.
