FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Today, Allen Mashburn's campaign for Lt. Governor of North Carolina has given the voters of the State a definitive plan for his Administration.

"Today we are releasing on our website and social media our Contract with North Carolina. It's important for our voters to know what the role of lieutenant governor is capable of and where I stand in my own convictions. No other candidate in any race has delivered such a plan and we wanted to be fully transparent in our desires for the Office. 2024 is going to be a defining year for this Country and our State leaders will be first responders for the people of North Carolina. The people we elect must be bold, decisive, and faithful to the Constitution," Mashburn stated.

The contract addresses hot topics such as education, First and Second Amendment rights, the fentanyl crisis, and human trafficking. Mashburn addressed the latter two recently in an interview with Jack Posobeic, host of Human Events on Real America's Voice network.

Only going to give this response to Melania Trump’s video drop because my inbox is full of questions.

First, the GOP hasn’t fought for over 50 years only to cave on abortion and issue an appeal to people who would never vote for us/with us in the first place. President Trump is getting bad advice by people who want to sabotage his winning the campaign— not to win votes from Democrats or Independents. We saw this in his first Administration and it’s going to be evident in his second. He needs to stop listening to pencil-pushing stat boys who only read potential voters and not the base.
Secondly, in the most crucial election this Country has faced in our lifetime they are playing Russian roulette with evangelical voters. It’s fine to have the stance of sending abortion back to the states— that had to happen before it could be dealt with nationally, but it will have to be faced on the nationwide basis. Certainly now. It’s like invading a country and not having an exit strategy— ok we are here, now what do we do? Now that it’s kicked back to the states, you can’t just take a national stand of “ok it’s reproductive rights of a woman and it’s non-negotiable…”— that effectively saying “we’ve gotten it wrong for over 50 years, our bad— vote for us.”
Donald Trump is a man that loves to project strength— he does it well and we love him for it, but this new message issued by Mrs. Trump is counterproductive to that messaging. So much so, that the evangelical voter who has for 50 years chosen to die on the hill of abortion, is now trying to force himself to vote for an Administration that has weakened the message and platform of the GOP — on its banner message. Instead of holding right, it’s a shift towards center while the Democrats are literally far left, and redefining that more everyday. The Democrats never change. They never shift. They are always on message. They never compromise. However, the GOP will move that needle more and more center on message because they are polling bad among 40yr olds in Portland or Chicago! People who’d never consider voting Republican are dictating the policy stance for the next 50 years. The pollsters conducting the polls are still wet behind the ears and most have attended woke institutions, don’t vote Republican— yet they are steering the GOP off course, and it will never return.

Given the tragedy of today, I almost didn’t follow-up on the auto insurance rate increase. BUT then our “brilliant leader” put this tweet out and beckons a comment of reason. Seen an increase in your auto insurance rates yet? Well, they are coming. The more EV’s that go on the road and the most claim’s experience involved— the higher your rate will be at renewal.
Let’s be clear— these aren’t EV’s— they are battery powered. We don’t call a cordless drill electric, we call it cordless or battery drill. Same here. When these cars are damaged in an accident, the battery (which is a huge component and structure of the car) cannot be repaired—… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
