Scientists have known for more than three years that the main entry point for the SARS-CoV-2 virus into the body is the ACE2 receptor. A team in Italy has now identified another receptor, called RAGE, present on the surface of certain human immune cells, which can bind to SARS-CoV-2 and allow it to enter cells, altering their function and leading to a worse prognosis.

The research is a collaboration between Antonella Viola’s group at the Department of Biomedical Sciences of the University of Padua, researchers from the Human Technopole group coordinated by Giuseppe Testa, the European Institute of Oncology and the University of Milan.

RAGE receptors can bind to various ligands, such as AGEs, S100 proteins, amyloid-beta, and high-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1). RAGE receptors are involved in many biological processes, such as inflammation, immunity, cell survival, and aging.



The below paper shows it can bind to amyloids in the brain.

p53 is a major tumor suppressor and one of the most frequently inactivated genes in cancer.The SV40 origin DNA in Pfizer shots is known to bind to p53. @Kevin_McKernan with others, have confirmed that the exact sequence exists in billions of copies per dose (Drayman et al.).

Pfizer concealed information about vaccine-related deaths, but external lawyers managed to make it public. The bioweapons are considered emergency countermeasures, so standard safety rules are not followed. Only a small percentage of people are getting jabbed, and there are many injuries with cardiovascular damage, blood clots, and immunologic issues.

Process 1 was used to produce the clinical batches for the vaccine trial, while Process 2 was used to upscale the production for the emergency supply after authorization.
Process 2 involved changes to the DNA template, the purification phase, and the lipid nanoparticles that encapsulate the mRNA.

There were 44k people in the trial, but only ~250 of them were given doses made with a new manufacturing method process 2 that was used to make enough doses to sell around the world.
