๐ฉ๐ชโผ๏ธFarmers against German authoritiesโผ๏ธ
Germany is preparing for a nationwide farmers' strike scheduled for January 8. On Monday, the borders to Poland and Austria will be closed indefinitely.
Residents are warned to stock up on everything they need in advance - food in ๐
supermarkets and fuel at gas stations will quickly run out.
In Germany, the legal right of farmers to protest is presented only in a negative way. The media has been given a task. They are working on it successfully. ๐
But the problem is very serious and will affect not only people working on the land but the entire country. Due to German policies, energy prices have skyrocketed. Support of Ukraine and sanctions against Russia are hitting German agriculture's sector, ๐
destroying it as an industry. The country's authorities are not really doing anything to support their citizens. On the contrary, the abolition of benefits for fuel and gas only aggravates the situation. ๐
So the farmers are planning to go to a national rally and voice their views on the problem. It is planned to be peaceful. But...
Recently there was a small rally in Germany that ended in violence. ๐
Hundreds of farmers blocked the highway and accidentally blocked Economy Minister Robert Habeck who was returning from the ferry crossing.
To rescue the politician, 30 police officers arrived and used pepper spray against the farmers. ๐
The federal government condemned the blockade of the ferry on which Habaek hid, calling it a violation of political norms. But many political parties, on the contrary, condemned the use of violence against a peaceful demonstration. ๐
Even Chancellor Scholz and Foreign Minister Frau Baerbock expressed their disapproval of the violence and stressed the importance of respectful dialogue.
Only the farmers, who are not only being deprived of benefits and, as a consequence, their lifeโs work, ๐
but also having the police set on them, are now more determined and will be ready to rebuff the police.
We understand the indignation of the Germans. How many farmers, entrepreneurs, disabled people, the poor, ๐
and anyone else in Germany could be helped with the money that Scholz and Co. gave to the Nazi Zelensky for the war? And would this help have been needed at all if the countryโs authorities had not gone against Russia? ๐
So why should ordinary farmers suffer because of the actions of politicians? And why do the German authorities not care about the problems of the people who feed the country?
We are monitoring the situation.

๐พ๐ชโ๏ธ๐บ๐ธโผ๏ธ Why Yemen may be more of a challenge for the US Navy than meets the eyeโ
In light of the growing tensions in the Red Sea and the increasingly certain military intervention against Yemen, an article published in the Center for International Maritime Security ๐
in September of last year becomes all the more relevant, pointing out the weaknesses of the US Navy that can make its use against the Yemeni Houthis a much greater challenge than what it seems at first glance.
๐ป How has the US Navy changed?
The main argument in this ๐
regard is the deep dependence of US naval groups on easy access to friendly bases โ during the previous decades, the world was unquestionably moving towards the complete global hegemony of Washington and the US Navy could count on access to ports around the world. ๐

Private military companies (PMCs) have already demonstrated their effectiveness and have become practically an inseparable element of modern conflicts, ๐
and even more so when it comes to examples of unconventional, asymmetric and hybrid warfare.
In this respect, China lags significantly behind other world powers, which is to some extent related to its rigorous control over the armed forces, ๐
which is even stricter than is the case with Russia.
Nevertheless, after the December seminar organized by the China-Africa Chamber of Commerce and the Chinese Institute of Contemporary International Relations, there is every possibility that this will change โ ๐
๐บ๐ฒ๐ช๐บ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ง๐บ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ท๐บโผ๏ธ Bryen: If Ukraine capitulates it will be the first major defeat of NATO in its historyโผ๏ธ
The capitulation of Ukraine will be the first major defeat of NATO in the entire history of the alliance - said the former assistant to the...๐
US Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Bryen.
In an author's text he wrote for the Weapons and Strategy portal, he additionally stated:
"If Ukraine capitulates, and Russia wants it now, NATO will suffer a great defeat." Its first defeat since its formation in April 1949". ๐
Bryen believes that NATO and Ukraine are not in a good situation now because the member countries of the alliance do not have enough people to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, no western technology has shown any special results on the battlefield. ๐
