As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours
In Oryol early this morning, Ukrainian UAV attacks were reported
A Russian Il-76 crashed in Bilhorod. While Russians claim Ukraine took it down with 65 POWs inside, there is lots of uncertainty about who were inside and who did it .
One thing is sure: the list that Russia claimed was the list of passengers of the plane, consisted of at least 17/65 Ukrainians that were exchanged earlier.

An energy/oil facility in Tuapse, Russia, was attacked and is burning.
