The National Nuclear Security Administration compiled a lengthy report summarizing their views on conspiracy theories
This was shared with law enforcement at the federal, state, and local levels, including the @FBI
The report mixes a variety of outlandish theories with legitimate political and ideological concerns
It criticizes individuals who mistrust the news media and government
Of course, January 6th appears on the first page
Conspiracy theories are described as concerning "an all-powerful and secretive government monitoring a mysterious universe, while simultaneously misleading the citizenry."
The document consistently defends international organizations
Here, the view that "the United Nations, which will essentially erase all national boundaries" is a conspiracy theory
Same goes for criticisms of the Federal Reserve
Known compromised organizations such as the Council for Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, OPEC, and the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank are defended
Concerns about the continued push to disarm Americans are also considered conspiracy theories
The document discounts the belief that the government and other actors seek to condition public perception through Predictive Programming
Not trusting the science and disbelieving in Global Warming or vaccine safety is also a conspiracy theory
The government launders these statements by placing legitimate concerns next to more outlandish theories, like space Reptilians
Or QAnon
Believing in the Great Reset is also grounds to be labeled a conspiracy theorist
🚨🧵New Evidence: The @USEDGOV is targeting @Moms4Liberty
Docs obtained from our lawsuit show the Dep't of Education, at the highest levels, is keeping close tabs on the leader of the parental rights movement
Here, @SecCardona is briefed on their impact on local elections
In another memo to the top official at the Department, staff falsely states that @Moms4Liberty and conservative parents "seeks to ban books, and attacks student/educators/leaders who do not comport with their parents' rights agenda"
The Department of Education also shares Teacher Union slander saying "the Koch-funded Moms for Liberty 'bounties' on teachers and the right-wing echo chamber of hate are creating a frightening environment for teachers
We're still fighting in court for the release of MORE docs related to DOJ's interference in the Hunter Biden "investigation"
(Other findings below 👇)
Here is our latest filing, an attempt to force @TheJusticeDept to defend Weiss' highly questionable conduct in multiple forums
H/T to @GOPoversight + @WaysandMeansGOP for being transparent + publishing materials of vital importance to the outside litigation that is extracting core document sets out of DOJ
And to @ProfMJCleveland for her excellent write-ups
The Biden Admin lifted sanctions on 27 Chinese companies.
We found that more than 6 have connections to Chinese surveillance, defense contractors, and military-civil fusion.
So what are they up to? Here’s what we uncovered👇
After cracks appeared in China’s economy, @CommerceGov removed 27 People’s Republic of China (PRC) companies from an export control list (The Unverified List) -- intended to prevent unknown and nefarious use of US tech and products.
Here are the unsavory connections we found👀
Company 1: Beijing Zhonghehangxun Technology (aka Beijing Vistek Technology Company Ltd) is a startup company within the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Center for Research on Intelligent Perception and Computing (CRIPAC) (ie AI Research).
An impeachment inquiry without an affirmative vote could very well prevent escalation of the House's ongoing investigations, especially into areas such as Biden's communications and financial records.
This is a complicated and fluid situation, so here is a breakdown 👇
The House has existing legal authority to subpoena these records. But today’s announcement could steer the ship directly into questionable legal waters per the considered legal opinion of the Trump White House, the Trump Department of Justice, and others
There is obvious political and rhetorical appeal for some to mention impeachment inquiry, but those who are viewing this in the context of the upcoming budget fight should not feel that they gained something of value today, quite the opposite.
On July 18, 2022 Senator @ChuckGrassley sent a letter to AG Garland on likely violations of Federal laws and regulations by Thibault
Grassley's letter continued to point out that Thibault worked with Richard Pilger of @TheJusticeDept Public Integrity Section. Their investigation relied on far-left sources, such as @CNN @MSNBC and @weareoversight
