Stier gave a shout out to his wife, Judge Florence Pan, a Biden appointee on the DC appellate court.
She had already decided in favor of DOJ twice on the (likely unlawful) use of 1512c2 in J6 cases--her opinion is now before SCOTUS--and denied Twitter's appeal of the nondisclosure order/fine authorized by Beryl Howell to get Trump's Twitter data.
She had also upheld another Howell ruling that pierced atty-client privilege between Trump and his lawyer in classified documents case.
