I turned $8k into $2 million in 2023 on crypto.

I'm sure I'll make $20 million in 2024.

🧵: My plan on how to do it + tips for growth 👇

In 2022, I fell from $130k to $8k; it was a year of development for me.

2023 became a life-changing year for me. Fortune was made.

In 2024, I plan to multiply my capital several times over.

Here's my plan that suits everyone, no matter your age or net worth:

Most people in crypto REKT over and over for these reasons:

✧ They don't work on their mistakes, stepping on the same rake
✧ They don't have a clear plan for growth
✧ They don't have a niche, jumping from corner to corner

Recognize urself? Here will be ur point of no return.

1/➮ Self-analysis is the main catalyst for growth:

✧ Recall ur most significant wins, and how they happened
✧ Analyze ur loses, how they occurred, and what the reason was

Write down conclusions in the form of rules, so that wins repeat, and loses do not.

Analyze not only the occurred trades but also the missed opportunities, connections, and niches that became either a springboard or an abyss for you.

Do not underestimate this step; you cannot imagine how many times it will help you.

2/➮ Choose a niche you want to grow in:

✧ Airdrop hunting
✧ Shitcoins
✧ NFT
✧ Media
✧ Web3 jobs (like CM)

Analyze what you like and what suits you more, and focus on that. You can't keep track of everything, become really good at something, it will pay off, I promise.

3/➮ Write down your goals and build a precise path:

I see an insane number of people who want to be like that guy from the internet, lying in the Maldives surrounded by models, but hey, they're missing the part where the dude ate mountains of crap to get there.

Everyone shows you the result, but not the path. Therefore, having just one goal is NOT ENOUGH.

Imagine not only your goal but also the path you need to take to achieve it, what to learn, how long it will take, plan when and how you will do it.

In Feb 23 last year, I started my X account. Yes, in just 10 mons, I grew to 300k followers.

How? I decided that I wanted this (chose a niche), understood that it would likely take 6-12 months, working 6-12 hours a day, to get to 10k followers and the first monetization.

It happened a bit faster, but it was because I was ready to go through ten times more crap, so I worked ten times harder than others.

4/➮ Create a name for yourself

If you're a newbie - become a member of some community. This way, you can get your first friends and motivation, as well as potential job offers.

The environment is 90% of our success, don't underestimate it.

If you already have capital - try to connect with the big players.

This way, you'll have the opportunity to get into projects early - and that's where the money is made.

At this stage, to find colleagues - attend conferences, join various private DAOs, boost ur media presence.

Summarize:

✧ Work on your mistakes
✧ Choose a niche
✧ Come up with & write down ur goals
✧ Work out path and prepare for it
✧ Make yourself a name in the space
✧ Networking
✧ Invest early and build: it's where money's made
