I have personally validated all the names with the previous lists.

—> Only Kovakenko Maksim is on the previous list. But he was not exchanged last minute and stayed in Russia.

A former Ukranian POW from the Mariupol defenders says, that they were delivered by an IL-76 to Belgorod on 3rd January.

The same procedure as today. This is not unusual.

🇺🇦🇷🇺‼️🚨 Russian plane carrying 80 Ukranian PoWs for exchange was shot down.

RBK: The Il-76 was “shot down by three Patriot or IRIS-T missiles”

It was followed by another Il-76 with 80 Ukrainian Armed Forces prisoners on board, it was turned around, said the head of the Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov.

“The Ukrainian leadership was well aware of the impending exchange and was informed of how the prisoners would be delivered,” he said during a speech in the State Duma.

Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin proposed to “figure out what missiles and launchers were used.” “Let’s prepare an appeal to the US Congress and the German Bundestag so that the deputies can finally see who they are funding and helping,” he added.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces knew they who shot down the Il-76 with prisoners.

🇺🇦🇷🇺🚨‼️ BOMBSHELL: Russia started using drones with AI image recognition.

This is a huge advantage because:

1) Electro Warfare systems get countered! The loss of connection to the pilot is not important, the drone acts autonomously and destroys the target.

2) The range increases dramatically, at least 2x. Due to obstacles and earth curvature the signal is lost when a drone comes close to the ground at range. Hence the pilot is not able to see anything close to the ground.

Now a pilot can fly far beyond current range, acquire a target and let the drone do the rest. Ignoring the loss of signal once the drone starts descending.

3) No need for trained and experienced pilots. At this point pilots just need to fly towards a region, turn on the autonomous mode and let the drone do its thing.

This will become obsolete as well, but now it is needed to ensure that no friendly fire occurs and not own troops are targeted.

Second problem right now is the usage of GPS spoofers that distort the navigation, hence the pilot needs to navigate by landmark and terrain. But cruise missiles already use terrain mapping, what can be integrated into drones to arrive at an area.

4) The target is hit with a higher precision, since the delay from the operator is removed.

Now the signal travels to the pilot, the pilot sees the picture and reacts, the signal travels back to the drone.

That introduces a significant delay, especially if the target is moving at higher speed, hitting it becomes hard.

But the drone now steers automatically without delay and reacts instantly to correct its course.

5) The drones have thermo version by now and AI targeting works through the thermo vision as well. Hence they work at night and can ignore some camouflage.

-> This is a big step in military development. Now troops can’t feel safe anymore at any range and under protection of Electronic Warfare signal jammers, also the current anti drone guns don’t work anymore since they’re small EWs.

What’s next in anti drone technology?

The autonomous drones will lead to development of more military camouflage.

1) The thermo signature needs to be hidden. There are already some “thermo cloaks”.

In the first video, you can see the second soldier running under a thermo cloak to throw a grenade into a Ukranian dugout.

But this such cloaks need to be sized up and advanced to camouflaging armored equipment and maybe even buildings as well.

2) The AI vision detection needs to be tricked. This is already possible in small scale, to avoid facial recognition, like the video 2 shows.

This needs to be adjusted to the current battle conditions and environment and sized up for equipment and potentially even structures, like command posts or tents.

-> Now imagine huge thermo cloaks with specific anti AI patterns that hide a whole tank or cannon.

Russia is testing “interceptor drones”. Maybe that is a way to counter drones, you’ll have small “anti drone” drones on patrol.
