1/12 🧵
Critics who misinterpret #Ekalavya from Mahabharata lack depth. Their ignorance distorts the narrative. Let's teach these guys properly, shall we? please share this thread @jsaideepak @SagasofBharat @neha2180 @vijaygajera @ashishvyas__ @AchAnkurArya @StringReveals @chronicle_watch @MumukshuSavitri @Tushar_KN @ShreeHistory @Sudanshutrivedi @ProfVemsani @Sanjay_Dixit @Sanathantravelr #FactCheck #Fact #FactsMatter #sanatandharma #sanatan
2/12 First let's know who Ekalavya was! he wasn't some down trodden guy and you'll be clear on this after reading the following.
3/12 Mahabharat's Adiparv highlights warrior clans. Ekalavya is consistently recognized among these valorous warriors since the epic's inception.
4/12 Surprise Surprise! As per Harivansh Puran, Ekalavya was cousin brother of Lord Krishna adopted by Nishad king Hiranyadhanu
5/12 Ekalavya even introduces himself as the son of King of Nishads. So I hope its clear that he wasn't some down trodden boy at all.
6/12 Now let's understand, why Ekalvya wasn't entertained by Dronacharya? why Dronacharya did what he did? and then the propaganda will die properly.
7/12 Ekalavya was adopted son of Hiranyadhanu who was commander of Jarasandh's army ie an enemy of kurus and yadus.
8/12 Ekalavya even attacked dwarika, one such battle where he fought balrama is mentioned below
9/12 In fact the righteous and noble ekalavya was killed by none other than Yaduvanshi Lord Krishna Himself. What does it tell you about political inclinations of Ekalavya?
10/12 Krishna killed Ekalavya knowing very well that he will align with Kauravas alogn with jarasandh, shishupal and other adharmis.
11/12 So now tell me how could Dronacharya give weapon training to a prince ie ekalavya who belonged to enemy state? It's like asking Israel to train Hamas Tetotist?
12/12 Neglected is Dronacharya's plight; impoverished, he faced Drupad's scorn. Unable to afford milk for his child, who will talk about that?

2/ 🔻 The claim is based on one line ripped out of context from a research paper on Assam’s sculptural art.
Let’s look at what the actual paper says — verbatim — and how it completely debunks this narrative.
3(A)/
Hinduism was dominant in Assam. Buddhism was minor.
📜 “Ancient sculptures of Assam were usually influenced by Hinduism, but the sculptures reflect sometimes the influence of Buddhism, though Buddhism was not practised as a major religion…”
1/ Dear Buddhists! Things just got... enlightening.
Before I answer your question,
@Quantumrea6511 ,
let me ask YOU something:
Do you know what an "icchantika" is?
Strap in. The ride begins. 🧵
2/ In Mahayana Buddhism, the icchantika (一闡提) is an incorrigible unbeliever who lacks faith in Buddhism and has no prospect of attaining enlightenment.
3/ Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra, Chapter XXII – “On Pure Actions (b)”...
Bodhisattva Kasyapa:
“Why was it that the Tathāgata, when born as a king, practising the Bodhisattva Way, took the life of a Brahmin?”
Wait, WHAT?
Did the Buddha kill someone? And not just anyone—a Brahmin?
🚨Warning: secular anti-hindu thread-
1
Non-Muslims in Waqf? Not secular. But we Dumb Hindus? Ultra-secular! Letting non-Hindus run temples for decades while others guard their institutions like Fort Knox. Bravo! Next-level tolerance, truly.
2:
Why should only Hindus manage Hindu temples? That’s just selfish. Let’s add some interfaith flavor! What’s a temple if not a testing ground for secular experiments?
3:
TTD- 44 non-Hindus were working and drawing salary till recent even after clear amendment in 2007. Imagine Vatican hiring Hindus for papal duties or Mecca hiring Hindus for making food. Nope? But Tirupati? Of course!
