SitRep - 22/02/24 - F-16's in the summer and shells for Ukraine.. ⏰

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Denmark announced that F-16's will be transferred in the summer while 155/122 mm shells are coming via the Czech Republic.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We include visually confirmed losses or damaged equipment and personnel.
Overnight, 8 out of 10 Shahed drones were shot down over Ukraine.
A D-30 howitzer was destroyed.
A Russian soldier tried to warm himself from a comrade that was on fire, likely after a recent attack. He forgot his comrade had ammunition on him, which exploded. Eternal flight brother.
First person footage of a Ukrainian FPV drone hitting a Russian howitzer nearby.
A mechanized attack in Bakhmut constisting of 15 pieces in total was repelled. Among the losses are APC's, BMP's and MT-LB's.
Two air defense complexes were destroyed on the left bank close to the Dnipro river.
A ZALA crew was followed to their base after which they were hit.
An abandoned T-54 in Robotyne, destroyed.
Lets continue with the general events. Medvedev started the day with a couple of ridiculous statements. Check out the thread below for another video in which he talks about future attacks on Kyiv.
Stoltenberg stated that Ukraine has the right to attack inside Russia with F-16's.
Spanish intelligence knows it for sure: Kremlin killed Maxim Kuzminov.
In attempts to fix the border crisis, Ukrainian and Polish officials will meet on March 28.
Poland made good steps in making sure, vital aid will get passed the blockades.
The first Danish F-16's will be delivered to Ukraine in the summer, which is a couple of months away.
Denmark also announced new military aid, which includes a total of 15.000 shells. These shells were found by the Czech Republic. In total, 800.000 would be ready for delivery to Ukraine.
Today, the Bundestag voted on two motions for the delivery of A. Taurus missiles (opposition supported) and B. far-range weapons and ammunition (government supported). The government motion (B) passed.
Britain announced more aid in the form of 200 Brimstone missiles.
US officials are sounding the alarm.
