I am angry about the level of hypocrisy forced-birthers are getting away with when it comes to their outrage about the banning of IVF because of frozen embryo personhood. [1/5]
Their argument is that a frozen embryo (multiple embryos in most cases) is exempt from their "deeply held personal beliefs" about embryos that are actually inside a pregnant person is the height of hypocrisy. It exposes their argument for what it is: [2/5]
A way to punish women for having non-procreative sex. It was bad enough when they looked the other way when one of their circle snuck off to have a secret abortion they claim is an affront to their god but this is next-level hypocrisy. [3/5]
We need to keep receipts for all of the forced-birthers out there clamoring for government to "do something" to protect IVF when they later do all they can to make abortions illegal. We need to rub this steaming, fetid pile of hypocrisy of theirs right back in their faces. [4/5]
