oh hell James Somerton is back.

First 5 minutes he claims:

Only different with this and the one he deleted is he's not crying.

First frame: sneak peak that he's gonna weaponize self harm for sympathy points

Minute 1: “This video is monetized, giving $ to HBomber so he can distribute it to my victims. Some old videos are public again. Talked to some my victims, they forgave me, they were very nice.“

Min 1 continued:
“Sorry to my audience: I tried to be a representative to queer community, I tried to be a voice, but that was a failed endeavor. I’m a CIS white gay man I can’t be a good spokesman for lgbt since I haven’t suffered as much.”

Minute 2: “For that reason I used other’s words (refuses to say plagiarized). Since I’m CIS white man I thought I could win over some people who weren’t otherwise listen.” Talks about his ace NB editor for some reason.

Minute 3: Talks about theres no universal “gay experience”. People were mad at us for de-legitimizing their gay experience (no we aren’t we are mad at you for plagiarizing). Directly apologizes to Jessie Gender about him “being in an anger spiral & ruined a friendship with her”

Minute 4: Still talking about Jessie Gender. Admits to being an asshole/reactionary to her.

Minute 5: STILL talking Jessie Gender. Talks about death threats he got, reported them to the cops.

Minute 6: STILL talking Jessie Gender. STILL talking about death threats he got. Gets back on topic around 6:40

Minute 7: Yapping about how important gay voices and stories are on youtube. Says he was just trying to boost those voices by making videos about their work. Claims “Youtube pushed white male content more so he was helping”

Minute 8: Still yapping. Claims was just trying to help get the gay message out, that he should have been more focused on supporting other creators.

Minute 9: Thought author’s name in opening credits was enough (really dude??). Was just trying to make videos as quick as possible to feed the algorithm so that’s why I plagiarized (First time he says plagiarized)

Minute 10: “Maybe I should have links to sources”. No shit, also you didn’t “cite your sources” because you weren’t referencing anyone, you were just stealing. Claims he got permission for Evil Queens video AFTER he uploaded said video.

Minute 11: Hired Nike as a writer/editor. Talked about videos they made together. Claims nothing was plagiarized during then.

Minute 12:James got fired so he and Nick relied on it as full time job. Started plagiarizing to make videos faster. Spends forever rationalizing. Says he has memory loss because of a head injury so can’t remember what was copy pasted and what was original.

Minute 13: Still rationalizing. Still talking about head injury.
Minute 14: Complains about having ADHD (join the club pal). Sad about his Mom dying. Nick takes over writing duty

Minute 15: His dad doesn’t know how to read/write so James had to deal with all the legal stuff of her death. Life insurance screwed them over.

Minute 16: “Mom wanted me to make films, deathbed promise etc etc” No insurance money so he turned to crowd funding. Starts summarizing Telos. Launched in Feb 2022 to raise 3k for short film as proof of concept.

Minute 17: More Telos lore

Minute 18: Got more than 3k fundraising.
Wants to make a movie now. Summarized his idea for it.

Minute 19: Got the money, finished the script in the summer of that year. Nick thinks script needed rework.

Minute 20: Nick decided to leave James. James sad. Moved to Ontario where he’d film his movie.

Minute 21: More yapping about Telos and Nick (I thought he left idk why he’s still talking about him).

Minute 22: More Telos yapping. Project has gotten too ambitious. Nothing happened. (Cough cough Star Citizen)

Minute 23: Started working on new movie.

Minute 24: Still talking about second movie that he’s still not made. Finally gets to HBomber video at 24:20

Minute 25: “I promise I wasn’t scamming ya’ll with Telos you’ll have a short film by the end of this year”

Minute 26: We kept getting youtube sponsorship so I had to make more videos which means I have less time to write which means more “copy pasting”

Minute 27: Some coping. Something about housing situation

Minute 28: More coping. Self harm talk.

Minute 29: More coping. Got doxed and people showed up to his house.

Minute 30: Talked about videos that he made public again. Claims Nick made them and no plagiarism was involved

Minute 31: Going to release some old videos after edited out plagiarized stuff. Also working on new videos that are pinky promise not plagiarized

Minute 32: Please watch my videos again guys I have no sponsors anymore :(

Minute 33: Talks about misinformation in some of his old videos, promises to do better fact checking. Talks about his patron (yet has it linked in the video description)

Minute 34: More patron talk

Minute 35: Says I’m sorry a bunch of time, recaps what’s already been said.

Minute 36: “There’s no excuse for what I did” (Lists several excuses)

Minute 38: Kinda actually takes responsibility though still does a little “yeah but…”

Minute 39: More of the same. Probably should have put this at the beginning of the video instead of talking about your failed movie forever

Minute 40: More of the same. Talks about Vito Rosso

Minute 41: More of the same. Wants to make a video about Vito Rosso. Wants to prove that he can make a proper video without stealing.

Minute 42: I’m very very sorry.

Noticeably absent is him taking responsibility for misogyny and rallying up his audience to attack people who called him out on his BS.
