SitRep - 08/03/24 - Zelenskyi in Turkey and several Russian failed attacks.

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Zelenskyi visited Turkey, discussing several subjects with Erdogan. Also, footage of failed Russian attacks emerged.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We also include footage of destroyed equipment or personnel.
A fairly large Shahed attack again after some days of relative calm. Again, most of them were shot down.
Near Kreminna, Christmas came early.
A Zhitel jamming/EW complex destroyed
A Russian BMP destroyed with a gigantic boom.
Near Klishchiivka, Russians have recently intensified attacks, leading to monstrous losses on their side.
Same area. A huge column of Russians were literally destroyed within hours.
A destroyed T-80
Yet another tank destroyed by the 42nd mechanized brigade. Looks like a T-62.
Two Russian IFVs of which one was carrying infantry destroyed by FPVs
Lets continue with the general events. Biden spoke hard words during his state of the Union.
Macron has lost his sense of reason towards Russia, eventually, and even advocates interventions when Russia threatens to break through.
Germany rejected this idea, much expected. Scholz/Pistorius should stop drip feeding attack weaponry.
British MoD Shapps went to Kyiv and recorded an appeal to the western world.
Zelenskyi went to Turkey and visited several sites, such as the shipwarf where two Ada-class corvettes are being built for the Ukrainian Navy.

Erdogan once again said Turkey is ready to be intermediate to peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. Zelenskyi responded during a press conference with Erdogan next to him.

There has been little to report in terms of changes in the front line recently. Ukrainian troops appear to be succeeding in halting Russian advances around Avdiivka and repelling attacks near Synkivka, Klishchiivka and Robotyne. Russian losses in each of these areas are high.
