"At the moment, the GUR cannot confirm the information that was circulated earlier about the downing of an Russian Su-27 in the Bilhorod region," GUR representative Yusov said.

Previously, claims emerged about the downing of a Su-27. But some footage was reportedly old.

In Bilhorod, the bus station was surrounded by military men and evacuated.

The administration building in Bilhorod was subject to shelling and occured damage.

Russian state agency RIA publishes footage of the Nekhoteevka check point on the border in the Bilhorod region, which shows a tank, immobilized with damaged tracks. Likely from Russian insurgent troops.

Russian sources publish more abandoned equipment by Russian insurgent forces in the Bilhorod/Kursk region. At least several armored carriers were abandoned, assuming they are indeed left in that area.

Air defense is once again active in the Bilhorod region. Reportedly against UAVs.

Alexey Baranovsky, representative of the Freedom of Russia Legion, said that the Kursk region can expect a "difficult night". He also added that Tetkino remains under their control.

According to him, the Russian policemen were the first to flee the village, followed by the military. Currently, the intensity of fighting has subsided.

Siberia Batallion, engaged in the fighting in Bilhorod and Kursk region, released footage of their fighters.

According to him, Russian forces knew in advance about the attempt and were prepared.
