SitRep - 13/03/24 - More oil refineries being hit and ongoing battles on the border

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Ukraine continues to attack Russian oil refineries. Overnight, Russia attacked residential buildings in Sumy.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We also include footage of visually damaged or destroyed Russian equipment.
Mobile air defense groups destroyed a Shahed drone over the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Mainly supply trucks and a self-propelled howitzer were destroyed by Ukrainian FPV drones.
The 8th regiment with footage of several destroyed/damaged pieces of heavy equipment. The TOS-1A is the same TOS that was destroyed by Noels Army our FPVs funded for the SBU near Krasnohoriivka
Overnight, a large attack Ukrainian drone attack happened on the Ryazan oil refinery. In several other regions, drones were heard as well.
A second oil refinery in the Rostov region was also attacked. The Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery is one of the biggest in Russia.

The moment of arrival in Ryazan was captured on video.
A building with a lot of antenna's and surveillance complexes was found and destroyed.
A destroyed BMP-3. Also a Chinese supplied buggy can be seen. Likely destroyed somewhat earlier.
Another T-90 'best Russian tank in the world' was destroyed.
Lets continue with the general events. Everything that is happening in an around the border with Russia by Russian insurgents was covered in this thread. Please check it out.
In Sumy, Russia continued its terrorism and attacked multi-story residential buildings. Wounding and killing innocent people.
Macron will meet with Scholz and Tusk later this week.
Draft frameworks on the accession negotiations were presented to the European Council for Ukraine and Moldova.
An update about the ammunition bought via the Czech initiative. It seems like the delivery is not a matter of weeks, but months.
In a parliamentary session, Scholz once again said that he will not send Taurus to Ukraine as long as he is Chancellor. Sending German troops, which he says are necessary to use Taurus effectively, is a line he doesn't want to cross.
The discharge petition gained some more signatures, but is still far off the 218 needed.
The EU will allocated €5 billion in additional funds for military aid to Ukraine.
