Covid: A Brain Damaging Story

I believe that in the absence of large scale studies and conducting brain imaging on a mass scale, we have to rely upon ourselves to turn to real world examples we may already be witnessing.

Some questions about what you may be seeing…

🧵
Now before we delve deeper into this, I think it would be felicitous to provide a little background first.

MRI brain imaging has previously revealed that Covid reduces the thickness of grey matter within the frontal and temporal lobes.

This would mimic symptoms of FTD.

So to the questions.

I am going to show you a wide spectrum of symptoms which arise from damage to the frontal and temporal lobes. I will be using the NHS’s definition of Frontotemporal Dementia for reference.

Are you noticing one or more of the following in yourself/others?
Image

Are noticing one or more of the following in yourself or others?

Since we are at a very early stage in the progression of such damage, these symptoms could be mild/subtle versions of one or more of these, but should not be disregarded, especially if they’re new or worsening.
Image

It should also be noted that damage to this specific area of the brain within the cerebral cortex can cause sociopathic behaviour.

Additionally, this induces the “slow and insidious loss of the capacity for moral rationality.”

Have you noticed anything akin to this?
Image

The final question to ask yourself is how might this manifest itself amongst the general population and what might we start to see? Or are we already seeing it?

Think hard. Because if you yourself have such damage, this won’t be easy to recognise due to “impaired judgement”.
It will be challenging to recognise this happening to yourself because damage to this area of the brain specifically causes decreased self-awareness.

Patients with FTD rarely ever recognise the alterations in themselves, and rely upon others to notice such changes early on.
To be absolutely clear, the damage right now is slight. Many people are only on covid infection number one or two. The damage will be compounded in those with repeated infections.

The progression of such damage can be very slow, so noticing early signs is of paramount importance
As a side note, Alzheimer’s (AD) can take many years to evolve.

Preclinical AD can last for decades and you wouldn’t notice any symptoms during this stage.

I am using AD as an example to show how slow neurological disorders can progress, although progression can be rapid.
Facts are indisputable (so don’t claim otherwise) and they are backed entirely by evidence:

Covid damages the frontal and temporal lobes.

Damage to this region of the brain would mimic/cause symptoms of Frontotemporal Dementia.

Piece that puzzle together.

End.

Discuss ⬇️
This is gaining some traction now, but I am always here to answer any questions you may have on this. So don’t hesitate to ask.

I aim to respond to each and every one of you.
I’m sorry if I haven’t got back to all of you yet. Getting through all the replies whilst trying to complete a full days work has taken it out of me.

This on top of the fact I feel like I’ve prophesied the end of civilisation as we know it. I am mentally drained. Need a break.

It’s worth reminding folks:

The brain damage caused by Covid that causes sociopathic behaviour (and induces the slow and insidious loss of the capacity for moral rationality) extends to politicians, police and military personnel.

Each infection does damage.

Every. Single. One.
For anyone stumbling upon my tweets regarding covid and brain damage for the first time ⬇️
You might start to see more of an inclination from those in power to abuse said power.

You might start to see increasing force and violence amongst police officers.

Remember, we are already seeing a marked increase in violence in schools. Children are infected most frequently.

Millions of tweets like this and still so many not grasping the reason why this may be occurring. It’s a global issue.

How many times can I keep shouting the same thing and it not sink in?

COVID CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE FRONTAL AND TEMPORAL LOBES.

THIS CAN CAUSE SOCIOPATHY.
Image
And no it is NOT ableist to state factual information which is relevant to an ongoing and worsening worldwide situation.

The longer this is allowed to continue, the worse it will get, the harder it will become to get a neurocognitive deficient population to notice and/or care!
More details in this thread.

I am NOT saying everyone has Frontotemporal Dementia, or that Covid even causes this type of dementia.

But damage to this region DOES mimic symptoms of FTD.

When will you all take this seriously?

Losing my frigging mind.

People really be telling me I don’t know how to recognise neurocognitive deficits amongst the general population when I’ve spent my entire career studying neurodegenerative disease.

It really is something.

Oh and we even have evidence of the damage across multiple studies.
But no, it can’t be true.

Solely for the reason you don’t want it to be true.

At the end of the day, it’s easier to believe comforting lies, than face facts.

We can continue to blame the increasing sociopathy and cognitive decline on anything but covid.

Solid plan guys 💪 Image
We are witnessing a Toxoplasmosis-like event on a grand old scale here.

Funnily enough, toxoplasmosis causes cysts mostly in the cortical regions of the brain.

The cortical region consists of the frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes.

Happy Four Year Anniversary for that time in 2020 when we were all rounded up inside prison camps, handed one thousand lashes across the back, locked up in pillories, blasted with ice cold water cannons daily and fed a diet of gruel and stale bread.

🧵
In all seriousness, I have to apologise. I think I’ve somewhat romanticised how barbarian the lockdowns actually were. They were far worse.

In the UK our beaches were deserted during the lockdowns due to us all being locked in pillories in our prison cells. Truly harrowing. Image
The dictatorial and draconian government even went as far as forcing us to go out to pubs, bars and restaurants, having the bare faced audacity to take £10 off our bill as recompense.

It truly is too traumatic a time to reflect upon. Peace be with you. Image

If covid really was causing some level of cognitive deficits via brain damage (frontal and temporal lobes specifically), the first industry within which you’d expect to see the ramifications of this would be aviation.

Thankfully there’s no evidence to support this.
People would also find it more challenging to grasp sarcasm…

Some tips:

Wear a hardhat when outdoors due to falling debris/plane parts/doors/wheels.

Adopt and hold the brace position during takeoff, cruise, and landing.

Have a will prepared before flying.

Don’t fly.
“This is your captain speaking, on the flight deck today myself and my first officer have 8 covid infections between us, so hold on tight. Our maintenance staff have recently been off work due to covid/some other illness we daren’t call covid, so some parts may detach mid-flight”

Assuming and/or hoping that people will recognise their own cognitive deficits whilst suffering damage in the specific areas of the brain which lead to ‘impaired judgement and decreased self awareness’ is really as daft as it sounds.

Good luck out there. Image
Whilst you’re here:

“Specifically, the thickness of the gray matter tissue in brain regions known as the frontal and temporal lobes was reduced in the COVID-19 group, differing from the typical patterns seen in the group that hadn’t experienced COVID-19”
