@elonmusk Chris Glenos is a Creditors’ Rights Attorney with Alabama’s biggest law firm, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings — but Glenos first made his mark in another monumental fraud case …

@elonmusk A case where what seemed true back then may not has been as clear-cut now with the benefit of hindsight — the HealthSouth fraud case involving former CEO Richard Scrushy

@elonmusk HealthSouth, now Encompass, was the healthcare fraud case of the century — and one needn’t look too closely to find the fingerprints of the Bradley Arant Law Firm, who actually has found a way …

@elonmusk Chris Glenos is essentially the point man on those collections and you can google and find some smoke out there that, while no funds have been collected in years, Glenos (Bradley Arant) and Encompass (with a former Bradley Arant attorney as General Counsel) …

@elonmusk Have arranged a deal whereby the collections work is billed on an hourly rate and is not contingent on a recovery — now I haven’t seen those documents but I’ll just say that story is out there and would explain why Bradley and Glenos can’t part ways …

@elonmusk Because I’m not the first lawyer who Chris Glenos has attempted to extort, at lease if you believe federal court pleadings, but Glenos has no disciplinary history whatsoever with the Alabama State Bar …

@elonmusk Glenos had represented Marion Bank previously as well as an Officer there — Marion Bank was sued by a young lady there alleging sexual harassment — apparently after a deposition in which the young lady testified under oath as to what occurred …

@elonmusk Glenos went into action doing what Glenos does … and he sued her father - her brother - and her uncle alleging a trust at the bank had a fraudulent modification — Glenos would push that case against the young lady’s family until her Dad had to file for bankruptcy …

@elonmusk There is a published case decision and federal complaint suing the Bradley Arant Law Firm by Attorney Greg Tolar for what were termed scorched earth litigation tactics by Glenos …

@elonmusk In that case, even after Tolar filed for bankruptcy, the Bradley Arant Law Firm went further, reaching out to the Bankruptcy Court and offering to become involved as far as representation on the Tolar matter — a witness testified they could never recall that happening before …

@elonmusk And that witness worked with the Bankruptcy Court.

In 2023, Glenos’ actions led to another motion for sanction related to the Bradley Arant firm in which it was alleged an attorney was intimidated from continuing to represent a party in a case …

@elonmusk Coming full circle, you might recognize some names in this affidavit filed into Court in 2023 …

@elonmusk I say all of that to say this: Chris Glenos has no business possessing a law license in the States of Alabama and that is without considering anything he did in my matter …

@elonmusk In late July 2021, my loan account was removed from my branch manager Amanda Simpson and was taken over by Jody Campbell, the Officer I had discovered was committing fraud on my loan and on loans for other borrowers …

@elonmusk What we now know is Jody Campbell hired Chris Glenos within days of discovering that my branch manager Amanda Simpson and I were on to Campbell’s fraud …

@elonmusk And on August 2, 2021, I was asked to be on a conference call with Campbell and Glenos …

@elonmusk In that call, I knew something was up — my law partner Ashley Posey was also on the call — and our jaws dropped at what we were hearing …

@elonmusk We had reported to Campbell that we had proof he had manipulated property values, in one case by reporting the value to us on a parcel as $490,000 when he had an independent appraisal on his desk (an appraiser AFC had hired) showing it was really worth $1.2 Million …

@elonmusk And I had every bit of it in writing — and since the appraiser also I believe sensed something was up and we had communicated — Campbell was scared …

@elonmusk I’ve been doing this long enough to know when I’m talking to someone one phone who is scared — someone who is desperate — and on that August 2, 2021 conference call, Campbell was scared …

@elonmusk Because there was no defense whatsoever he had — he was caught and the only thing left to do was to put his hands up — and that’s when in came Glenos, fresh off a ruling in the Tolar case providing some litigation privilege protections for his conduct …

@elonmusk That call went from the first few minutes of me reporting that this was fraudulent and it needed to stop immediately to Glenos saying I was threatening them because I was broke and needed money …

@elonmusk I don’t say this to brag because at the moment I’ve got a few cows and a lot of debt and that’s about all there is left, but then, we had a half million dollars in our farm account and over $2 Million Dollars in appraised property equity, and a startup business …

@elonmusk Ready to launch in Fall 2021 with contracts in place … oh, and our branch manager, as had been planned in writing since we took out the loan in 2020 when Campbell deflated the values of our properties, had approved our consolidated refinance to process in July 2021 …

@elonmusk As a part of that refinance just to bring our properties in line with a 75% loan to value threshold, they would owe us a check back for $1.3 million dollars …

@elonmusk But that was until our entire account was frozen — they cancelled every pending credit transaction we had and left me on a variable rate on a $2.5 million dollar loan with interest rates ready to run from 3% to 10% …

@elonmusk And let me say this, we have other call recordings and there is a reason I’m holding those back for a few more days, and it’s because we strongly believe at this juncture blocked a full refinance we had green lighted by my law firm’s long time bank Synovus …

@elonmusk But what people need to realize here is this was a hit job — and it’s why the world is about to see a giant get slayed in this because the things they have done to us defy belief — but I documented it, unlike anyone ever had against these people before …

@elonmusk Now this conclusion is going to move quickly and in the next 30 minutes you will hear the 11 minute call of me and Chris Glenos — and I want you to tell me whether you believe he was keeping someone from exercising the federal right to seek credit …

@elonmusk And there came a time where they crossed a line in all of this that they still can’t go back on now still three years later —that line was crossed in October 2021 in the weeks before the foreclosure notice …

Not once have they ever denied them. Instead, they have pretended that I made the entire story up — bc it’s the only thing they can say — they have no defense …

@elonmusk And I pulled everyone into their huddle too, from officers to directors to every lawyer involved so no one could later say that they did not know …

@elonmusk And then it hit me one night, what if people said “well he didn’t understand those legal claims might have a monetary value or how much they may be worth so would it still be extortion?”

@elonmusk And the answer to that question is yes because even a yet to be valued legal claim is something you have a property interest in by law …

@elonmusk But I didn’t want to leave any doubt — so I let Chris Glenos know what I considered to be the value of my legal claims — and that value was $10 Million Dollars …

@elonmusk And in that call, you’ll hear him admit, not even knowing what he is doing, that he knows exactly the value of what he is trying to take away for doing nothing more than allowing me to do what I was allowed to do and any other farmer or rancher was allowed to do …

@elonmusk And that their properties (with over $2 million dollars and a loan payment having never been missed or even late) could be at risk if they didn’t intervene …

@elonmusk Now you think about how crooked that is — that they would freeze a person’s credit and when they started screaming to let everyone know then they said it’s because that person is in so much distress we have to jump in and foreclose …

@elonmusk That has to be criminal my God … so here is what I did …

@elonmusk I told my law partner and a couple of other people I trusted that Glenos had reached the point to where, like Campbell, he was now scared — and he needed a miracle — he needed that release signed and he needed it so bad he could taste it …

I then did exactly what I told Chris Glenos I would do — I reported him to everyone, including to the Bradley Arant Chairman of the Board Jonathan Skeeters and to the Birmingham Office’s Managing Partner Dawn Sharff …

This is from my email to Skeeters and Sharff — I also contacted the Alabama State Bar and the Tennessee State Bar — all within a matter of hours after that phone call …

And I thought, honestly, it was over — because I did not think Chris Glenos was bigger than Bradley Arant — but Chris, all that time, was just the point man doing the dirty work for a law firm whose highest Officers never so much as responded to me …

I went so far as to locate Dawn Sharff’s cell phone number and pleaded with her to call me because one of the attorneys in her office was extorting me and I was worried he may try to do something incredibly stupid if he wasn’t removed from the case …

But they never responded because they were working on something of their own — something that I’ll bet makes them wake up in the middle of the night in cold sweats to know that I have in my hands and can show the world — because instead of removing Glenos off that case …

They sent this to Alabama Farm Credit instead — and I want you to note at the end of the first page their realization of the damage that Dustin Kittle could do their law firm’s reputation …

And they did do what it takes — because that same night — all of it on the best and worst day of my life, November 8, 2021 — the executed a hit on my family placing my loans in distress and telling us they could begin foreclosure proceedings against us by the following month …

And that, my friends, is how the biggest law firm in the State of Alabama and a man who lacks ethics, honor, and integrity extorted me and my family — with that still continuing to this day, unchecked to the point …

They had a lawyer assigned round the clock reporting my Facebook account where I began making this all public in September 2023, just a few months after the release of the US Farm Credit Administration’s findings // which is why I am here on X right now - so help us …
