In early March of last year, sources revealed @TheJusticeDept knew of a particular story I was working on, and “we're not happy about it.” If the DOJ knew, then Tad DiBiase knew. DiBiase is the direct link between the DOJ and USCP. After all, he is a former DOJ AUSA himself.

By the time DiBiase had signed this Civil Action (No. 1:23-cv-01014), I'd already spent days with Capitol CCTV, cataloging camera numbers and time codes that would show the likely trial perjuries of USCP SA David Lazarus and former officer Harry Dunn.

It’s likely that DiBiase also knew about my video work, intensifying his efforts to oppose and block the distribution of those videos to other investigative reporters and me. Coincidentally (I’m sure), during this same time frame, I was being recruited to join @TheBlaze.

Coincidentally (I’m sure), I received a grand jury subpoena for my own videos less than two weeks later. The DOJ had been completely silent on my case for over 20 months since first telling my attorney on Nov. 17, 2021, that I was going to be “charged within the week.” (Hmmm.)

From internal USCP comms—back in Oct.—DiBiase discussed monitoring the “traction” my Lazarus story was receiving. (Rather than actually investigating the trial perjury by one of his special agents.) He also has referred to me as “that Twitter guy.”

Sources say that DiBiase has since demanded that the DOJ deliver my head on a prosecutorial silver platter ... “Put him in prison” is the last such quote I received—said to have come from his office directly to the DOJ. I was actually told, to "DC AG." (That high? Really?)

Despite best efforts to keep me and others away from those CCTV videos, they have largely failed. I wish to express thanks to @SpeakerMcCarthy, @SpeakerJohnson, and @RepLoudermilk for keeping that access in play. All that we have seen and learned will eventually be published.

My work is in the possession of and known by several individuals. (“Deadman switches.”) DOJ can arrest me, put me in chains, place a gag order on me, and throw me under the Gulag, but they cannot have what I know or stop what’s coming. (And no . . . I did not commit suicide.)

Whether the coming story concerns USCP cover-ups, corruption, perjury, cameras being turned away from bomb investigation scenes (who ordered that?), or other issues related to J6, that runaway train has already left the station. Stay tuned for more.
