SitRep - 21/03/24 - Missiles on Kyiv and FPVs working at the front
An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Kyiv got attacked overnight with missiles. It was some time ago this happened. Fortunately, Ukrainian air defense repelled it.
As expected yesterday in one of our last posts of the day, Russia attacked Ukraine overnight. A total of 31 missiles flew mainly to the capital Kyiv, main target: GUR locations. All of them were luckily destroyed by air defense.
Andriy Yusov commented on the recent attack on Engels Air Base, stating that Russians themself circulate information about the possible destruction of two airplanes. Needs further verification.
Lets continue with the general events. Johnson said that aid to 'partners' which includes Ukraine, is up next after the US State Budget issues are resolved, which is almost the case.
Impressive work by Ukrainian technicians and engineers. While 40% of TPP equipment was destroyed, Ukraine almost lived through winter and autumn without blackouts.
Kallas reiterated her words about the need for Ramstein-countries to allocate 0,25% of their GDP to military aid for Ukraine. This could bring up tens of billions worth of aid on a yearly basis.
Good news. EU-leaders have agreed in principle to use proceeds of Frozen Russian assets for Ukraine. By slightly changing the text, Hungary reportedly agreed as well.
To the front line situation. For the latest state of affairs at the front, I advise you to consult my interactive map.
You can find it at . The map is always accesible and is updated daily.noelreports.com
Avdiivka-Tonen'ke
➡️Russian units have now taken control over most parts of western Tonen'ke, defacto controlling the village. The area which was considered a gray zone for a long time, has now been occupied.
We are waiting for the 'rag planting' video's.
That's it. A new SitRep tomorrow.
Since Russia's invasion of Ukraine, NOELREPORTS has been recording this invasion day by day in a fast, factual and reliable manner with the recognizable SitRep at the end of each day. We do this with a very small team on a voluntary basis. In addition, we regularly set up fundraising campaigns for Ukrainian troops or organizations that need help.
