What stands out to even the most untrained legal eye?
Anything? 👁️👄👁️
Whoaaa. How old does he think Mark Tinsley is? 😳
That math ain't mathing.
A very basic Google search of Mark's name is all it takes to learn he graduated from USC
School of Law in 1998.
Best case scenario academically, Mark would have been barely 17-18 in 1992.
But math isn't for everyone, Ben. We get it.
But yikes, I guess you weren't a fan of Geography either?? Cringe!
FYI: Tennessee isn't in South Carolina. 👩🏫
I'm not going to go into all of the other glaring inconsistencies when comparing this document to what is known about Mark Tinsley, or easily discoverable for a self-appointed researcher of useless topics such as yourself, Ben.
Suffice to say, you didn't do your homework. Tsk.
The biggest problem with Ben's mission (obsession) to expose and shame someone (anyone) involved with the fall of Murdaugh is not his total lack of critical thinking, common sense, and self preservation. Nope.
Those are HIM problems.
...The problem is that in Ben's circle of friends, ignorance is contagious and he's spreading his misinformation like an STD.
So let me say this one more time for the people under the bleachers, Ben is not going to deliver the happy ending you’re seeking.
He's just some loser who thrives on creating drama and twisting narratives because he needs to feel in control of something to numb the woeful insignificance of the man he sees in the mirror.
Hurt people hurt people, and Ben wants to be a pixelated suicide bomber.
And yet...
I think it's fair to say that most of us enjoy a good Twitter war from time to time, but how many of you waste hours and hours compiling "evidence" to share with your 300 bots and 24 friends on Twitter?
Spending money on FOlAs that amount to nothing..and for what? Attention?
Or maybe there's more to it... Maybe someone with
something to gain is fueling Ben's fire? 🤔
At least that would make more sense than some random wannabe YouTube influencer from Florida investing all his time on a SC case that is now as irrelevant as Murdaugh himself.
As for who is behind the scenes pulling the strings on Benny Puppet, that's a thread for another day. 💅
Best of luck with the Tiger, Ben.🐅

Now that most of us have had an opportunity to work our way through this Investigation Discovery documentary about the monster on trial for the tragic death of John O’Keefe, I want to share a few of the moments that were the most shocking to me. 🧵 #KarenRead
While watching the LAST EVER Ring footage of John O’Keefe, her boyfriend of 2 years, Karen had this to say:
“I don't feel much anymore.
I feel sad for him, but it's all a precursor to this nightmare I'm living in.
And when I used to watch it, I just felt — poor guy.”
Poor guy?
My god, I could muster up more empathy for roadkill.
I can’t even wrap my mind around having so little emotion watching the last moments of the man you claim you loved.
I thought Karen Read was self consumed, but I had no idea she was devoid of humanity.
“To butt-dial or not to butt-dial, that is the question.” -me
As an Apple loyalist, I have questions about the butt-dial defense.
Let’s discuss.
On cross-examination, Brian Albert explained that he keeps his phone in bed with him and doesn’t put it on a charger. I don’t have an issue with that. Maybe he charges it before bed and wants to keep it close by in the event one of his children need to reach him. Reasonable.
I sleep with my phone under my pillow (charging) for similar reasons.
However, I also answer my phone when it rings under my pillow in the middle of the night. 🤔
He missed 3 calls, 6 including calls to his wife.
Brian admitted to being intoxicated so I’ll give him that one.
Listen, y’all…
I admit that I’ve participated in (and enjoyed) making jokes about “Ben Smith” and his mission to misinform.
@MandyMatney @bensmit33991417 @elizfarrell
And let’s be honest, that’s not going to stop anytime soon because the jokes write themselves, but I digress…because I do want to be serious for a minute. I think sometimes we get caught up on the punchline of it all when it comes to online trolls, like Ben.
After all, trolls are just harmless pixels in a digital realm…right? 🤔
❌ Wrong.
While trolling can be intended as a casual and harmless joke, the large majority of interactions are far more sinister and contain red flags that we all need to be aware of.
