My student built a $15,000/mo faceless YouTube channel

And it took less than 160 days…

Here’s how we did it and how you can too (case study):
In last April, my student Brandon signed to my DFY program to work with me 1-on-1.

His goal was to create a faceless YouTube channel.

In just 160 days, he grew his channel to $15,000/mo.

Here’s exactly how we did it… Image
Step 1: I hooked him up with an aged channel.

An Aged channel is a YouTube channel which is considered old and more "secure".

The channel already had:

• Monetization.
• 10,000+ subs.

Since there wasn't any need to wait for the partner program, he started quick.
Step 2: Niche selection

The minute I meet a student, I ask:
"What are your interests?"

We ended up with Crime niche (Police bodycam videos) for him.

Brandon was in the YTA for the money.
SO it was easy pick.

The Crime niche was extremely popping... Image
Step 3: Setting up a team

It's a nightmare to build a good team.

The usual route:
Fiverr, Upwork or Twitter.

But the problem:

It's time-consuming.
Lots of interviews to deal with.

I just connected him with my in-house team of voice overs, editors and script writers.
Step 4: Creating a video schedule

Brandon was strict with his video budget.
$500/mo for his videos.

For videos, what I usually recommend:
8-9 videos per month.

My team charged $50 per 8 minute video.
We started with 10 videos per month.

With a schedule of 2-3 videos a week.
The minute you upload your first batch:

You can see what works.
You can see what doesn't.

The PROs will double down on what works.
And gradually up the upload volume.

When the channel gets profitable and if your niche allows... You can shoot daily uplaods.
Step 5: Channel Growth

When Brandon approached my team, he was clear with ONE thing:

Milk the niche as much as possible.

Here's what we did:

Uploaded the “most clickbait” videos possible.
And we prioritized to deliver real value in vids.

And it worked. Image
Step 6: Monetization:

Right now, Brandon's only income stream:
Youtube's ad revenue.

But his channel hits $10,000-$15,000.
Every single month. Pure ad revenue.

And the best part:

He's about to go-all in on Youtube.
Has greenlit scaling his channels.
Huge shoutout to all my clients who are part of the YouTube Automation Program ❤️

Faceless YouTube channels can make you over $5000 per month easily

All you need is

- Laptop
- Access to the internet
- 1 or 2 hours a day

Here's how to do it:
1/ Niche selection:

If you're shooting for educational faceless channels - shoot for micro-niches.

If you aim to go broad (maximum views), shoot for niches with mass appeal (crime, sports, finance).

Both have their perks and defects.

Broad vs sniper faceless channels:

But when choosing one make sure you ask:

1) Will you still love this in a year?
2) Is there room to GROW and SCALE?

Another way to spot emerging niches:

Tapping into trends.

If I was starting a faceless YouTube channel from scratch in 2024…

And wanted to hit $100,000 before the year ends, here’s the exact roadmap I’d follow.

This is a Masterclass course, save this:
Step 1: Research.

This is the step where you find your niche. The best way to do this is to look at what's trending or got potential to print money long term.

The key here is to think about what gets a lot of watches on YouTube: Court cases, weird history, how to videos etc

You can then use tools like TubeBuddy to find out what keywords & tags are ranking right now. This will tell you if your niche idea has potential.

Then take a look at the top 10 channels in that niche and note what's working for them.
Step 2: Building.

This is the step where you either build a team of writers, editors & voice actors or you do it all yourself using tools such as Canva to create content.

If you have no budget then Canva is your friend.

If you have a budget then set aside $50-60 to hire a team for each video. Upwork & Fiverr have plenty of people that can help here.
