The World Health Network is challenging the CA Department of Public Health & Cal OSHA over COVID isolation guidelines. Call with us for accountability and safety. whn.global/press-release/…
The new CDPH guidance and Cal/OSHA regulation were implemented without public consultation, which is mandated by California laws for rules, regulations, and standards. When agencies do not follow these laws they are said to have performed an "underground regulation"
Our complaints to the California Office of Administrative Law against the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and Cal OSHA for violating California laws regarding the issuance of regulations without public comments are at this link whn.global/press-release/…

The British Medical Association (BMA) and the Covid Airborne Protection Alliance have written to NHSE asking them to update their Infection Protection Control guidance to acknowledge airborne transmission of COVID, and properly protect patients and HCW.
The letter comes amidst yet another COVID surge, as hospitals worldwide report staffing and capacity strains, and as the @WHO publicly encouraged universally masking in healthcare settings.
In year 4 of the pandemic, we shouldn’t have to be fighting for basic protections like proper infection control for the most vulnerable patients. We shouldn’t need to be explaining airborne transmission to public health bodies.
Exciting news- our Clean Air Expo event has hit capacity with over 500 registrants. We’ve set up a livestream for anyone who was unable to register. You can watch the event between 2-8 pm ET tomorrow at the link, and we will be monitoring your questions.

Were you infected with COVID-19 in a healthcare setting? WHN is collecting stories about unsafe healthcare that led to illness, disability, and death. This form is intended for use by patients, advocates (family/friends included) and healthcare workers
The form does not currently ask for any details about where or how infection occurred; should we need more info, we will directly contact you. This information will never be shared without your permission.
For now, we are hoping to get some insight into the frequency of these infections. Down the road, we may contact you to discuss details or to ask whether you’d be interested in or willing to speak with press.
BIG news: Massachusetts’ Attorney General’s office wants to hear from YOU about the removal of masks in healthcare. They’ve asked that we file complaints about this civil and human rights violation.
When you’re ready to file, click here to register your complaint with the AG’s office. mass.gov/how-to/file-a-…
Mask removal in healthcare is “a violation of civil and human rights. including the rights to informed consent as covered by the Massachusetts Patient Bill of Rights and to safe healthcare as covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).”
CDC continues to normalize mass infection even though their mandate is to “control” infection. 181 employees infected at their own conference; these employees were lucky to have access to paid sick leave, unlike many of the people their policies sicken tinyurl.com/mrxnc4w8
It is a small minority of Americans—and an even tinier minority globally—with access to updated vaccines, clean indoor air, testing, instant Paxlovid prescriptions, work from home, & paid sick leave. This minority includes many of those setting policies leading to mass infection
@WHO recently estimated that 1/10 infections lead to long term health issues. By this estimate, 18 people who were infected at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s own conference, will go on to have long term health problems and some may even be disabled.
Excellent article by two lawyers who take a look at the unscientific decision to drop masking in healthcare as COVID continues to spread through our communities. blog.petrieflom.law.harvard.edu/2023/02/20/hos…
We at World Health Network strongly denounce the anti-science and anti-infection control dropping of masks in healthcare settings where vulnerable patients are seeking care. We encourage patients to document hospital-acquired infections for future lawsuits.
Health care providers: exposing patients to illness with poor infection control as they seek treatment isn’t only immoral - it is contrary to your oath and responsibility. It could expose your practice to liability.
