1) In view of @NSWHealth’s consultation with staff on COVID-19 vax requirements, I want to suggest that they look at the “Table 1” in their weekly Covid Surveillance reports from the week ending 28 May 22 to the week ending 31 Dec 22. Aggregated numbers from those 31 weeks are:
2) How does the % for all severe outcomes for vax'd and unvax'd compare with the population % (according to the Australian Dept of Health publication from 1 August 2022)? Does mandatory Covid vaccination seem likely to achieve its intended objectives?
3) Screenshots from all 31 weeks of “Table 1” will follow.

VACCINE MANDATE COURT WIN 1. I recently won a Court case (in NSW) related to employer COVID vaccine mandates. Please find a redacted version of the Court’s oral Decision here.
2. I feel a deep sense of duty to make this public, as it may be useful for others who are pursuing similar cases.
3. I thank the Court for delivering justice over this grievance which has troubled me for a long time, and for acknowledging my right to pursue medical information before consenting to a medical procedure.
4. More importantly, I thank GOD. He has been on my side from the beginning.
5. I self-represented in this case, which took more than a year to finalise.
6. The Court has advised that “There is no written Judgment available unfortunately as the Judicial Officer only delivers oral Judgment for the small claim hearing matters.” - so this Decision will not be available on the NSW Case Law website.app.box.com/s/w3jiyqveujw2…
7. “The first conclusion relates to the reasonableness of the department’s vaccination direction. Whilst there is quite rightly no challenge by Ms Ooi to the lawfulness of the COVID vaccination policy, the Court finds that the department acted unreasonably in its application of the policy to her.”
8. “It was unreasonable to direct Ms Ooi to get vaccinated or obtain an exemption and return to the office at that time as she had a valid working from home agreement in place, she was actively investigating Novavax…”
9. “The second conclusion relates to the department’s actions of placing Ms Ooi on leave without pay… There is no lawful basis to place an employee on leave without pay…The actions taken by the department to direct Ms Ooi to cease work and place her on leave without pay amounted to a suspension under s 70 of the GSE Act.”
10. I have redacted some conversations unrelated to the Court’s Decision, out of respect for my Defendant.

1) I want to say a sincere THANKS to everyone who shared my story last week. I received more comments than I can ever go through – there was one in particular that I want to address:
‘NSW Health did not erase the base data, only an intermediary analysis.’
2) “The data” that NSW Health erased, is a data brought into existence by linking 3 source data:
a) the Notifiable Condition Information Management System (“NCIMS”),
b) the Australian Immunisation Register (“AIR”), and
c) the Patient Flow Portal .
3) NSW Health is in a unique position to carry out this data linkage, due to its data custodian and statutory roles as our health agency. I submitted this chart to NCAT (based on NSW Health's own testimony) to assist with understanding, I hope this helps some of you also.
1. It appears that at least in NSW, the Covid vaccination program has not included collecting data to check and verify that the vaccines works. NSW Health produced tables like this in its weekly Covid-19 Surveillance Reports without saving the data used.
2. This is another format of the table that used the same data extracted each week. Not a single record of the data has been saved by NSW Health, according to: Ooi v NSW Ministry of Health [2023] NSWCATAD 107 (caselaw.nsw.gov.au/decision/187e5…)
3. I want to preface by saying I’m not here to bash NSW Health, I revere the men and women who work for this organisation, who keep our health system going.
