🚨 For the last week, my former colleague at the Daily Wire, @andrewklavan, has been spreading some inaccuracies about me that I view to be disparaging to my character.
So let’s slowly unpack his claims here publicly…
Andrew Klavan, in an attempt to explain why “Christ is King” can be antisemitic offered this on a podcast about me:
Wow! That sounds crazy! Candace Owens hates Jews so much that she’s randomly accusing some fine young Jew of drinking Christian blood!

Crazy!

And also untrue and completely removed from some important context…
1) I never reposted anything. I certainly did LIKE a tweet, however.

What is the appropriate context? The Jew Andrew Klavan is referring to is Rabbi Shmuley who spent TWO YEARS attacking ME.
No one, (not a single one of my colleagues included) defended or said what he was doing was wrong.

After two years I told the public about Rabbi Shmuley’s nonstop harassment plus showed proof of his threats.

What did Rabbi Shmuley do in return? He libeled me harder.
He accused me of directing my followers to murder Jews.
I’m not kidding. This is what he tweeted:Image
The rabbi was clearly lying. The person who messaged him privately in that correspondence did so BEFORE I had ever informed the public about his harassment.

It was quite literally a smear.

Gratefully, someone called him out on this lie by citing the date of the message: Image
That is the tweet I liked. I liked some random person on the internet who very quickly debunked the horrendous lie that I would ever send any person to threaten to murder Jews.

Now that you have the full context, please revisit Andrew’s remarks about my antisemitism.
I recently learned that antisemitism is unlike any hate in the world—because the definition mutates.

Today’s current definition seems to be: A Christian defending herself from a predatory, dishonest Rabbi by liking a tweet for the OBVIOUS reason that it debunked his lie.
It really is nothing short of amazing that given all of the threats that Rabbi Shmuley made against me—what seemingly disturbed Andrew (or at least what moved him to action) was my unacceptable “like” of a tweet which underscored the Rabbi’s dishonesty.

Really something.

I’m not sure why I’m trending again (frankly, I’m sick of it after this week) but as I am about to embark on maternity leave, there are perhaps a few things I would like to say:

After a little over a year of producing my podcast, I would like to clarify who I am, and who I am not— the former of which I thought would have been obvious by now.

I started my career being maimed and attacked as being “anti-black” and “self-hating” for challenging the Black Lives Matter narrative and the lockstep commitment that corporations, politicians, Hollywood and media had in fostering a hysterical illusion that the no one had the right to challenge the movement because “slavery”.

I didn’t do this by telling the other side to shut up. In fact, I hosted the other side (BLM chapter leaders, and protesters) on my various platforms. I flew out to Atlanta and stood on stage with T.I and was disrespected for my unique stance at a hip-hop conference. I was similarly disrespected on the world stage by Dave Chapelle during a stand up he delivered following the death of George Floyd. I took all of this on the chin and was willing to become a punching bag and a laughing stock to many because reputation means little to me in the pursuit of truth.

I’m not here to make friends or be well-liked. Life is not a popularity contest. I’m here to differentiate between truth and fiction so that my kids can grow up in a more honest world.

Black Lives Matter, both as an organization and an ideology has been fundamentally exposed and is now recognized as fraudulent. This process took years plus more than a few good men that were willing to stand up to its lies—but it no longer holds any political significance. Frankly, because it never should have. Because BLM destroyed lives—chief among them BLACK lives and black neighborhoods.

It is stunning to me that people who applauded me as I stood up and had conversations and rightfully critiqued (and continue to critique) the flaws in my own community, do not think that I should or would muster up the same courage to ask simple questions or make basic observations about theirs.

There is no two-tier system in my mind. Your specific race, color, or creed does not make you above reproach. If you watch my podcast regularly you know how very true this is. I love and hate all of you with equal measure.

Some people are wondering why I had the nerve to sit down with Norman Finkelstein today on my podcast— Norman is an accomplished academic, whose parents both survived the Holocaust who has made a name for himself defending Palestine.

Lately, everything I tweet, say or don’t say has been under a microscope so rather then let people who think they are wizards and can magically “read between lines” invent something out of their own paranoid neuroses, let me clearly spell out the reason why for everyone here now:

Because last week I had a pro-Israel Jewish man, Ami Kozak on my podcast. And he was amazing and he was respectful and we had a great dialogue that everyone in the comment section applauded and loved. Because it is important that in the pursuit of truth we hear ALL sides so that we can learn and independently conduct our own research.

It really is that simple. So go listen to my podcast with Ami and go listen to my podcast with Norman and make an effort to make up your own mind.

Here is what I have learned in politics. Never, ever trust anyone who only presents to you one side. Never trust anyone who yells at you for wanting to hear both sides. Never trust people who call you stupid and put you down for admitting that you don’t know everything. These people are authoritarians, not experts or respectable journalists.

As just one example: the experts didn’t want to debate about Covid and vaccination for a reason. That’s because they were liars and frauds.

I want everyone to know that a willingness to listen, research and learn is enough. It will always bring you closer to truth

(Continued) …
My entire career I have been publicly put down and called stupid names. I have been caricatured as anti-vax, an Uncle Tom, a disgrace to my own black community, a Putin-Puppet, a transphobe, a homophobe, an inspiration to a New Zealand terrorist, a Zionist shill, an antisemite, a sell-out, an internalized misogynist. If you name it, I can probably produce the article in which I’ve been called it.

My entire career I’ve been told my 15 minutes would be up soon.

Needless to say, it’s been a long 15 minutes. Because people can see past these attempts to shut down conversation.

I’ve kept the hunger but more importantly I have earned people’s trust. I refuse to go “establishment” despite the very real truth that pressure surmounts the higher you climb.

I haven’t turned my back on friends along way, although I’ve gotten much clarity on the ones who were pretending to be my friends in order to manipulate my voice.

I still do not claim to know everything, but I do know that the world needs more speech, not less.

It really is that simple.

🚨🧵In a few hours, I will be dropping an explosive video regarding the #AndrewTate case.

What I will preface this with is a fact:
We live in a modern society that has fostered a fundamental hatred for men and it is much easier to hate men that come from a checkered past and… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
But objective immorality, whether past or present does not make somebody guilty of a crime.

Since the era of #metoo, it has become customary for women to be immediately believed and subsequently afforded protection by the media. While men who face allegations have every area of… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
In fact so deeply embedded is our presumption of guilt for men, that should any person have the gall to question an alleged victim—the media (mainstream, alternative, AND independent) then works to smear and libel that individual.

Somehow, I have always had the gall.

No matter how much you love your pet, it will not become a teddy bear.
You can never breed “the animal” out of any animal. People that believe they can, should not own animals.

Those people especially should not own pit bulls.

I do not believe that pit bulls should be banned. I do however believe that people that make stupid statements like “my pit bull would never harm any human” are too emotionally warped to own animals.

First rule of owning any animal— recognize that it is indeed an animal.
If you read a story (see below) about a pit Bull killing a 5 month old baby and a 2 year toddler after 8 years of ownership and ZERO incidents, and your first instinct is to say “what did the owners do wrong”—you are too emotionally warped to own animals.

Regarding #Ye24 — I would like to state some things publicly and for clarity because there is man (who seems to have personal feelings for Milo Yiannopoulus) who is attempting to insert me into what can only be described as a drug-induced paranoid narrative…
1) I have never in my life been in contact with Milo Yiannopoulus (or Nick Fuentes). That is not a personal shot at either of them—That is simply the truth. I met Milo twice: both times at the David Horowitz freedom center where we were both invited as speakers years ago…
…I was with Dave Rubin, he can attest to that fact. Milo was nice to me both times. That is the extent of my relationship with Milo. I met him twice years ago at a conference.

After raising $205,000 in a few hours @gofundme decided to halt my campaign for the Parkside Cafe in Alabama. At their discretion, they deemed that funds raised for a conservative business constitutes “intolerance”
They WILL however give the funds raised thus far to the cafe...
While I am glad they will give the funds raised this far to the cafe to the owner, I am angry that such a blatant form of discrimination is acceptable by @gofundme. There was NOTHING intolerant or violent about raising funds to help a conservative business owner.
Once again, conservatives and Trump supporters need to adapt to a world that tells us that our very existence is unacceptable. That our ideas, thoughts, and now even our charitable efforts are unacceptable. That threatening, boycotting, and cancelling us is okay.

THREAD:
This week, in light of discovering that Facebook has granted a former @CNN editor of 26 years, “fact-checker” status to censor and ban conservative accounts, I engaged Covington Catholic lawyer @ToddMcMurtry to go after @Facebook...

You can read the demand here:
I came to the decision after going through the proper, private means to try to work with Facebook to establish how strikes issued on my account by former CNN writers and editors were deemed valid, when everything I said in my post was true.
After realizing that the opinion of leftists is being used to censor conservatives, I realized that it is no longer enough to complain— we need to begin fighting. Social media companies are directly interfering in elections and colluding with leftist organizations to do so.
