At Columbia University, where hundreds of pro-Palestine protesters and other activists have gathered and set up numerous tents on the university lawn, the university president announced that it's time to move forward. She has given protesters and organizers a midnight deadline, warning that if they do not comply, the camp will be forcibly cleared by the NYPD. According to reports from organizers, there's a suggestion that they may involve the National Guard which remains unconfirmed at this time as the president states that the Morningside campus has turned into an encampment. While expressing support for free speech and the right to demonstrate, she emphasized serious safety concerns, disruptions to campus life, and a tense atmosphere caused by the encampment. The president made it clear that intimidating, harassing, or discriminatory behavior would not be tolerated

Currently, mysterious widespread outages are occurring across the nation, including the whole state of South Dakota and Nebraska, parts of Nevada, Texas, Iowa, Florida, Wisconsin, and Kentucky. Officials report major disruptions in 911 services, preventing emergency calls from getting through. The cause of this outage remains unknown at this time as officials are actively investigating. This situation is still developing with more outages occurring.

🚨#UPDATE: Here, all 911 systems are now reported to be down, affecting all or parts of at least ten states, which are reportedly experiencing widespread outages. These outages are having an effect

Currently, A major response is underway as numerous law enforcement and other emergency personnel, along with additional agencies, are on the scene in Marina Del Ray, California, responding to an active shooter reportedly live-streaming from atop a roof. The individual is armed with he owns numerous firearms including two AR rifles and a pistol on top of some type of building complex or apartment building, firing multiple rounds at people and at Los Angeles police. Multiple streets have been shut down, and police are urgently asking nearby residents to shelter in place and avoid the area. This situation is still developing.

The FBI has arrested a 56-year-old transgender woman named Elizabeth Ballesteros West, who lives in Cottage Grove, Oregon. West was found with a cache of guns and has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. According to federal agents and court records West is being held at the Lane County Jail and the investigation is on going alleging West made threats online to harm to kill Jews and Black people and reposted content about a mass shooting while displaying a her own Nazi flag and multiple guns. She also threatened her "transphobic" co-workers she was found with 16 rifles, 11 handguns, tens of thousands of ammunition rounds, gun accessories, 48 drawings, a composition notebook called black shadow journal

From the affidavit: One picture was titled "Veil Mistress, the Man Slayer-Queen of the Under World." The composition notebook she called "the Black Shadow Journal" had a first page with the sentence "Blood, death, self-torture, self-hatred, wicked thoughts of mass murder at the gloved hands of the veil mistress" In which she drew a black child appearing to die in a car accident.

A Forced emergency landing was made of Alaska Airlines Flight 1282 at Portland International Airport on Friday night. The flight, traveling from Portland to Ontario, California, faced severe depressurization, causing the ejection of a large window section and an unoccupied seat. This incident resulted in a child's shirt being ripped off. The Boeing 737-900/-9MAX aircraft reached a maximum altitude of 16,300 ft before safely returning to Portland International Airport. As of now, it remains unclear if anyone on board the flight was injured, as this story is still developing.
