SitRep - 04/04/24 - Horror in Kharkiv and finally more air defense for Ukraine?

Lets continue with the general events. Russia brutally attacked Kharkiv overnight, killing several rescue workers that came to the spot where the first attack happened. After they arrived, a second wave of drones hit the same area.
German business are actively involved in Russia's propaganda campaign of 'rebuilding a new Mariupol' by providing construction materials exported through Russia.
After meetings in the NATO HQ in Brussels, Germany announced it will head a group of partners that will actively search for additional air defense systems that can be sent/lend right now. Also Patriots, which are highly needed.

➡️North of Bilohorivka, geolocated footage confirms Russian advances along the forest strip on both sides while also pushing more west with the goal to cut off Vesele from the north. Russia now occupies a stronghold with several fortifications.
Bakhmut-Chasiv Yar
➡️Fighting north of Ivanivske towards Chasiv Yar has reached the strategic settlement's outskirts. A large Russian mechanized attack consisting over 30 units, was repelled. Footage shows how numerous armored vehicles/tanks were hit and damaged/destroyed while the rest fled.
Footage of the particular attack was reported by the 67th Mechanized Brigade.
